Was not sure what to expect . Booked this trip with Viator . They Collected us from the Hilton Hotel at 10:30 precisely ( as promised} Beautifully clean vehicle , The driver Wanghui loaded all our bags and we were off. Very very comfortable drive the whole way Highly recommended Wanghui
A professional driver. He was helpful and even insured we were checked in to the cruise before departing.
Driver was great, very punctual and professional. He picked us up from the hotel on time and ensured we arrived at the port on time.
We were treated to tea and water. Also, some bananas. I would highly recommend this! Although the driver did Nike speak English, he was able to use his translator with ease.
Viator was right on time to pick us up from the Beijing Hotel and take us to the Tianjin Zingang International Port as they were previously. The drive was so good. We saw a lot of the countryside and the driver who couldn't speak English spoke into his phone and this was translated to English so there was no confusion. The trip was safe and interesting and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip.
The driver picked us up at hotel on time. He drove carefully and informed us when he was going to stop for the bathroom and also at the checkpoint to enter Beijing.
Driver showed up in hotel lobby promptly. We ordered a SUV since we had 4 large suitcases. The vehicle was very clean and the driver was friendly and professional. I recommend an SUV if you have oversized luggage or are traveling with a family. The road to the cruise terminal is a highway and the ride was smooth and took about 90 minutes with a stop at a rest area along the way.

<p>Awesome Driver. Normally it is 3 hours. This guy showed up on time and put it down and made it in 2 hours. Was apprehensive booking transfers but these services are friendly and are on time</p>
<p>The driver arrived as scheduled, no English, but this was expected as we didn't pay for an English driver. A little dissapointed he didn't seem to know where to go in TianJin to meet our ship. Had to stop a load of times to ask directions to the cruise terminal. But we arrived in time in the end. Our hotel was not downtown so we were worried about the pick up, but for 25 he met us at our hotel which was really good. If ever we went again, I would get the GPS location of the dhip and give this to the driver, TianJin is a huge port.</p>
