Transfert privé de l'hôtel Santiago à Valparaiso ou à l'hôtel Viña Del Mar ou au port de Valparaiso

Unfortunately the pickup time booked with Viator was not honored by the driver... we were told we needed to leave at 8am from hotel, which got us to the Port far too early.

Drove from Santiago to Vina Del Mar. The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean car and easy to communicate with.

Other than a little hiccup in trying to get the pickup time confirmed, everything went great! Booking this online was very easy and we were glad that payment could be charged as we discovered that credit cards aren’t readily accepted by taxis in Chile. Our driver was prompt and got us safely to our destination. While not a great conversationalist, we appreciated that he didn’t spend the entire 1.25 hour trip speaking in a foreign language to someone on the phone.

Our driver JCarlos was/is a capable driver, knowledgeable about the areas we were driving through. His car was in good mechanical condition and clean. We enjoyed the transfer service he provided.

It’s rare for me to be so enthusiastic about a “transfer,” but this was a great experience. Our driver JCarlos was in touch with the ship (and us) and learned that due to high tides the disembarkation of the prior cruise was taking longer than expected so the embarkation of our cruise was delayed by an hour. Consequently we adjusted the pickup time. He notified us that he was on his way to pick us up and was punctual. We had a fun time conversing via a translator app about his travels (and ours) as well as life in Chile so the time passed quickly. Very nice car, perfect temperature (he asked to confirm) and he played great music at a volume low enough to converse. Couldn’t ask for more. The price was very reasonable given the distance. Highly recommended.

He arrived and we made it to Valparaiso safely. The car was nice and clean. His driving was very good.

Raul and the company in general communicated very well. And in English which was helpful to us. Raul was courteous and polite as well as knowledgeable about the journey we took. I appreciated his services knowing we were in a foreign country and had a timeline to get to our destination.

Very good tour with driver jimmy and guide Valentina. I felt an obligation in the Mood to take us to a Peruvian restaurant For me it was a tourist trap as I did not have the opportunity to see other options.
