We received clear instructions from smile where to locate our driver on arrival which was reassuring. Our plane was delayed leaving Delhi and delayed landing at phuket due to weather so we were worried about our pick up as we were an hour late. But everything was brilliant we were greeted warmly and transferred to our resort in khao lak smoothly. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Reliable and comfortable ride… it was smoothly done and we did not have to wait too much.. Both the representative and driver were helpful.

Booked an airport taxi company called "SMILE TAXI" from Phuket to a holiday hotel in khao Lak. Booked through Trip Advisor. Thai taxi driver contacted me via WhatsApp with detailed advice. Our names on a card located at the airport. Very good service. Excellent driver. Used same service last year. Exceptional. Only issue, for the life of me I have been unable again to book return back to the airport. Online form confusing. But easier to book single trip. No issues though. Can get hotel to contact SMILE TAXI and they can book return leg. Even though not perfect I would recommend.

We were picked up in time with minimal fuss and dropped off at airport with assistance for our luggage. Very smooth transfer
Fabulous trip so easy and comfortable would definitely recommend. Communication was outstanding as our flight was delayed and we took a while to clear immigration.
Operator took very long to respond , then took long to confirm the booking even though I booked 2 days before and wrote several times i needed the car at 6am. Driver was then 15mins late . Very stressful and do not recommend !
