Our transfer from Trebinje to Dubrovnik was absolutely perfect. The driver was punctual, professional, and very friendly. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, making the journey relaxing and enjoyable. Communication before the trip was excellent, and everything was organized smoothly. The border crossing was handled efficiently, and we arrived in Dubrovnik on time without any stress. Along the way, we also received useful information about the region and local attractions. The transfer experience was very good. Contact from the driver was made days in advance via WhatsApp to confirm and coordinate pickup location. The car was spotless, looked showroom new. The driver was very personable, very knowledgeable about his country's history, he helped with luggage and most importantly he was early for the pickup. 10 minutes before our scheduled time. This made me most happy. As I was crossing the border, we went through together. Then in the road between the 2 countries I swapped drivers and continued to the border entry point with the new driver. (Evidenly this is customary when crossing between BH and Croatia). The second driver was also very personable and also a wealth of knowledge about his country. The booking process was easy, but it was a bit difficult to put in actual pick up and drop off addresses. Once booking I would advise to follow up in WhatsApp to avoid confusion later.

For example, if your accommodation is located in the Old Town of Trebinje, vehicles are not allowed to enter the Old Town area, so drop-off is arranged at the closest accessible point. Similarly, in Dubrovnik, there are zones (especially around the Old Town) where some properties can only be reached by stairs, meaning the vehicle cannot go directly to the door. We always do our best to communicate these details in advance and find the most convenient solution for our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. We asked you to transfer from Trebinje to Dubrovnik and from Dubrovnik to Podgorica. It was very nice to be able to get there in about 1/3 of the time we go by bus, and to be able to travel smoothly even in sections without buses. In addition, they stood by before the meeting time every time, making the trip smooth. During the trip, I enjoyed learning about historical things. Also, I would definitely ask you if you have the chance!

We arranged our transfer with this company via Instagram before even going to Bosnia. We booked a private transfer from Mostar to Kotor. Our driver, Meho, picked us up from our hotel right on time and, upon our request, made a stop in Blagaj before continuing the journey. We reached Kotor very comfortably and in a short time. Before the trip, I had contacted many companies, but this one offered the most reasonable price. More importantly, they answered all our questions kindly. We were four friends staying in two different hotels, and they picked us up from both in Mostar and dropped us off at two separate hotels in Kotor. We even had short photo stops along the way. It was a safe and comfortable journey, and we were extremely satisfied.

Our driver was punctual and communicative. He was very flexible with the pickup time, provided water and overall, it was a safe and quick ride from Mostar to Kotor. The car was very clean. We left in the afternoon and did not have to queue for border crossing. Would definitely recommend his service!

Me and my husband did a private transfer from trebinje to Montenegro-Perast & kotor.
