I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service. The driver sent me a message saying he was scheduled to pick me up on November 3, but when I checked my online Viatour reservation, it clearly showed November 4. On November 4, the driver was supposed to meet me at the international arrivals area with a signboard displaying my name. Instead, he remained in the parking lot. After waiting 30 minutes at arrivals with no one to greet me, he finally called my WhatsApp to tell me he was in the parking lot. I then went to the parking lot and waited another 10 minutes for him to come to the location where he knew I was waiting. He still didn't show up. When I contacted him, he said he needed another 7 minutes. At that point, I told him I couldn't wait any longer. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I ended up taking a regular taxi to my hotel for only $9.80. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I expect a full refund.
First of all, we issued a full refund. We have successfully completed over a thousand airport transfers on Viator, and we have never had a customer like you before. However, you did not follow the instructions provided in the Viator message. As stated clearly: ------------------------------ Greetings! You have a booking for an airport pick-up service tonight. I'll pick you up from the Terminal 2 exit gate beside the MTB ATM booth. Please send a message when you're ready at the exit gate. I'll wait at the parking area and approach with a signboard displaying your name. ------------------------------- You did not follow these instructions. You exited the airport through a different route and did not wait at the designated location. I was waiting in the nearby parking area for one hour, expecting your message as requested. Only after noticing your delay did I send you a message—by then, you had moved to the wrong side of the airport. My vehicle was on the opposite side, and additional time was required to reach you. Due to this miscommunication and not following the given directions, the pickup could not be completed. Nonetheless, we still provided a full refund. Thank you for your valuable review.

I had a great experience with Travel Mate for airport transfers to and from the airport. Shahadat was a great communicator and kept me updated on arrival. I liked that he uses Whatsapp and replies immediately. I never had to worry since he was readily available and professional. He was always on time and very responsive. The driver was great and had good driving skills - i felt safe despite the hectic Dhaka traffic and driving! I would recommend and use them again. Thank you!
