Wonderful Everything. Coordination (Neyza) guides (Milder ❤️ and Jaime) as well as Abraham and Germán in La Paz, are EXTRAORDINARY!
It fulfills 100% of the offer, the attention, the place, an unforgettable experience.
Neysa did an excellent job. All her suggestions and advice were professional. She has outstanding skills to relate with her costumers.
It was an amazing experience and superb service. The communication via whats app every step of the way with Neyza was superb. She was able to create an entire package for us and monitor our flights and care. The tour guides were great and the Hotel Palacio de Sal beautiful. We visited during a momento of turmoil in Bolivia yet the team at Hidalgo Tours went above and beyond to provide us with the upmost VIP service.
I had a pretty negative experience with your company. I was on a motorbike trip from Brazil to Bolivia via Chile. In the days before the border crossing, heavy rains were recorded in the region, causing the closure of roads. We were detained for several hours and, for security reasons, were forced to return to Chile. I mean, a situation completely out of my control. Previously, I was directed by your team to make the reservation in advance due to the high demand. For this reason, I made the payment of 50% for the accommodation and the walks. In the light of what happened, I requested reimbursement considering that it is clearly an event of force majeure. However, the company refused to refund any amount, even for services that were not provided, such as rides. Beyond trade policies, what is worrying is the total lack of judgement and flexibility in the face of an exceptional situation. In the tourism sector, this type of stance demonstrates a low regard for the customer experience. I hope they can reconsider their position and offer a reasonable solution to this case. I'm watching your answer.
Incredible experience we had myself, my husband and my friends on that tour with Hidalgo! We were 100% surprised by everything from communication to organize, then communication in the venue, hotels, guides, transfers, everything PERFECT! And certainly everything was wonderful because we had magnificent attention from day 1 of organizing that trip with Milene Murillo, who was of a UNIQUE kindness, care and dedication with our trip! It helped us a lot more than just organizing and closing packages, it was someone we could count literal, at all moments before and during the trip!! Thank you Hidalgo and thank you Milene for everything!
An amazing place for its salt spread. I was impressed by all the wonderful sights all salt and stone, seeing the island of Hincahuasi is phenomenal its flora and fauna. What I liked the most is lunch in the middle of the Salar and having a wine observing the sunset is everything. Thanks to our agency Hidalgo Tours.
From the approach with the agency I felt taken care of and very well advised. Fabricio, who helped me all the time offered me what we needed. Accommodation, flights to Uyuni and others to make our Honeymoon special. We did the full day salt flat tour, our guide Miguel gave everything, his experience was undoubted, his explanations and he took care to make us feel good. Wilmer who our driver was took us safe the whole time. The Salar is magical from any point, but we highlight the experience of the Athaphi lunch in the middle of the salt flat, the exquisite food. The funny photos and videos Miguel took of us were great. The magical sunset with wine and piqueos, without words. In our package we also took the one from the night of stars and this one left us breathless. We are too happy and grateful. An unforgettable experience that will remain forever in us.
Very bad customer service. Our guide and the sales manager didn't read the itinerary, and although they confirmed numerous times it was all as planned, they changed it without letting us know. (e.g. returning at 4 pm instead of 7 pm on the first day, leaving at 10 am instead of 6 am on the second day when walking only to a first viewpoint instead of climbing up to a volcano. When asking our guide at the first viewpoint, he told us he didn't know we wanted to go to the top of the volcano and he didn't organize a local guide who was necessary. This was also outlined to be the most expensive part of our journey, thus the high price. But it was not done as the guide and the manager "forgot" about it. Lot of conversations and discussions to get some money back.). Not sure if this was on purpose to leave the most expensive part out so Hidalgo coule make more money. Had to call several times and write a lot of messages to get some money back, really bad service. DO NOT USE HIDALGO!!!!
We contracted with Hidalgo Tours a package in the salt flat of Uyuni, which included full day salt flat excursion and two nights accommodation at the Palacio de Sal hotel. It was a unique experience in one of the most extraordinary places in the world. The Hidalgo team is very professional, punctual and customer service is first class. In addition to the established plan, we were taken to an area where the mirror effect could be enjoyed extraordinarily this year by the late rains, so it was not initially planned. A wonder. I would repeat without hesitation.
