Excursion privée d'une journée à Mutianyu Great Wall au départ de Pékin

We booked our trip to the Great Wall and the summer palace via What’s app before we left Scotland. No payment required up front just pay the driver at the end of the trip. Driver turned up to collect us from hotel at 7am right on time and had us at the Great Wall before it got too busy. Nothing need to worry about tickets, driver stopped off on the way and arranged all this using our passports, got the alpine coaster back down which I would recommend. Driver was waiting at the bottom to take us back into Beijing and a few hours at the summer palace.

We had a great time. We arrived on time at the wall, just before a lot of people showed up. He suggested a place for us to eat, and it was delicious. The car was very clean and super comfortable. Our guide was very kind. He brought us little gifts. He took us to the Summer Palace and back to the hotel. Right on time for the entire tour. Without a doubt, they made our day very pleasant and comfortable. Thank you

We had an amazing time visiting the Great Wall, all thanks to Benny and our driver, Mr. Si! I first came across Benny’s post on Facebook and immediately contacted him to avail of their private car service. He was very responsive, straightforward, and easy to communicate with. The pricing was also very reasonable for the excellent service we received. Our driver, Mr. Si, may have had limited English, but it was never an issue since we could easily communicate through a translation app. He went above and beyond by securing our tickets, cable car, and toboggan rides in advance, which made everything so smooth and hassle-free. From the beginning until the end of the tour, he guided us well and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Mr. Si also drove very safely, which we truly appreciated. We even extended our tour for two more hours, and he remained incredibly patient and accommodating throughout. As a thoughtful gesture, he gifted us a commemorative coin at the end of the trip, which was such a nice and memorable touch. Highly recommend Benny and Mr. Si if you’re planning to visit the Great Wall!

So there was one thing we wanted to do when we visited Beijing…..see the Great Wall. Our problem…..there were so many tours available with so many options I was just confused and had no idea what to book. I found and contacted Benny direct through Facebook. Delighted I booked with Benny. We got a private luxury people carrier at a much cheaper price booking direct than by booking through Get Your Guide app. Great service provided by people who really care about your enjoyment. 5 star!

Ronin was our driver. He arrived early and was very friendly. The trip went smoothly and wonderful. It took about an hour from our hotel downtown Beijing to Mutianyu. We spent around 2.5 hours walking around and were back to the hotel before lunch! Ronin was nice and patient. The drive was great and safe. The car was clean. Extra tickets for the admission and chair lift/slide cars were paid after the trip was done. Overall a very pleasant and positive experience. Highly recommended!

Benny’s services are outstanding. Everything went smoothly. He provided us with an excellent newish car and a Chinese speaking guide/ driver who utilized a translator and WeChat to communicate with us. The diver guide handled everything and we did not have to prepay, paid at the end. He booked the tickets for the Mutianyu Wall and Cable car. On our way back we stopped at Summer Palace and Olympic stadium. Benny communicates very fast, is honest and professional. We will utilize him again in Beijing.

Booking was great, quick responses and guaranteed prices. Pickup day, diver was ten minutes late, apparently he was at the hotel smoking in the vehicle. We are non smokers, so we were off to a terrible start. After the wall, insisted for us to attend a "free" cultural tea. We denied him 3 times. By the way the driver spoke no English, at the end of the tour, I paid him in cash and he had no change, so he kept the balance. Sad and pathetic. The operator never called to check on us, yet he wanted a second trip out of us. NO WAY. Poor customer service, pushing to get overtime pay. Not worthy, you are better off using a reputable operator from the hotel.

Benny arranged for a private driver to meet us at the agreed upon time of 7:15 which was perfect as we beat the crowds and were back in our hotel at 1 pm!
