Boat tour was great, I recommend DIEGO as a selected captain. Weather and city view was beautiful highly recommend.

Excellent experience she met us on the street found us parking and was extremely sweet....the captain Marlon didn't really know English but he was extremely helpful and very sweet he took our pics for us and let me drive the boat

They took the time to answer all of our questions made the entire process easy and stress-free, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Must definitely will not use them the boat was nice thats the only reason I gave a 3 star but our captain was not good not sure if he was tired or sleepy I had paid for a 8pm slot was notified that I was being push back to 9pm slot I was very upset about that cause we had dinner reservations I was told I will get a free bottle of champagne for the inconvenience that did not happen. We reserve for 2 hrs he bought ( the captain yoennys bought us back 10 min earlier even though we left 10 min late we were told we would get that time. It didn't happen they scheduled back to back it does not give you enough time to get off other passengers clean up the boat and load the new passengers cause of the way they schedule you. No will not choose them again.

First, the change from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM was communicated and confirmed five days before your trip, not on the day of the reservation. At that time, we also offered a full refund if the new time did not work for your schedule. You agreed to the new time without objection, confirmed that it worked for you, and gave us authorization to proceed with the reservation. At no point during those conversations did you express that the change would create a hardship, conflict with plans, or otherwise inconvenience you. Had you indicated that the new time was an issue, we would have gladly refunded your booking in full. Regarding the complimentary champagne, it was placed in the cooler and prepared for your arrival as promised. We were also surprised by the comments regarding the captain. After reviewing the situation, we spoke directly with him and found no concerns during the charter. In fact, he completed multiple trips that same day and received positive feedback from other guests. While we understand experiences can be subjective, this feedback was not consistent with what was reported by other customers who chartered with him that day. As for the timing, it is standard procedure for all charters to return to the dock approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled end time. This allows guests sufficient time to gather their belongings and disembark safely while the vessel is prepared for the next reservation. A 9:00 PM–11:00 PM charter is therefore expected to be docked around 10:50 PM so that guests can be off the vessel by the scheduled end time of 11:00 PM. It is also important to note that your group arrived approximately 10 minutes late for departure. While we always do our best to accommodate guests, time lost due to late arrival is unfortunately outside of our control and cannot be added to the end of the charter. We pride ourselves on being transparent, communicating schedule changes well in advance, and giving guests options when adjustments are necessary. We believe it is important that future customers understand the full context of this situation, including that the schedule change was approved days in advance, a full refund was offered, and the charter operated according to our standard procedures.
