This was an experience of a lifetime. The staff were nice and helpful during the check in process. We had the safety orientation first and also provided the cellphone holder to take with you during the flight. I was so nervous because I am afraid of flying. Our pilot Christof did a great job calming my nerves. When we took off, all my nerves and anxiety was gone. The views were spectacular. Absolutely breathtaking, the flight was so smooth. I took a gazillion videos. I highly recommend doing this to everyone who visits Kauai.

We normally don't splurge on expensive excursions, but a helicopter tour of Kauai was on our bucket list, so we went for it. And our tour with Mauna Loa did not disappoint! It was so well worth the money! Especially the doors off experience! Our pilot Christoph was excellent! He knew a lot about different areas of the island, and he helped us feel safe. My wife and I both get a little nervous with extreme heights (hikes along cliffs and such, not flying on planes), but neither of us felt concerned at all during the entire flight. It was also fun to have music (Top Gun, etc.) playing on our headphones which we also used to communicate. I only wish we could have captured that audio on our videos we took on our phones instead of just rotor noise. Not sure how that would work, but it would be sweet! They also equipped us with strong phone lanyards free of charge, which worked great! We didn't get cold, but wearing jackets helped shield us from the strong rotor winds. So, SO glad we did this!

We weren't really sure about a "doors off" flight as we had only once before had a helicopter flight. But WOW! What a thrill. The sights over Oahu were needless to say spectacular, but the whole experience was made incredible by our very friendly and knowledgable pilot. being an MS flight simulator fan, I flew in the copilot seat and the pilot even talked me through his start up procedure and let me hit the switch to brake the rotor tab the end.

The Helicopter tour is amazing, the view of Kaua’i island from the top is really unique, so beautiful it cannot be described. Our pilot Mican has been super, he made us feel confortable and safe even with doors off, he gave many details during the flight and also was very talented in driving the Helicopter. The experience with doors off is really a plus, you get to see the landscapes without filter and you can really enjoy all of the wonderful colours Kaua’i offers. The Nāpali coast is a gift from mother’s nature, so beautiful from the top. I would really recommend this tour, i trouly believe this has been the best experience i everything had so far.

We had an awesome experience. I gave four stars instead of three because I could barely hear the pilot through the headphones I was given. Even with the volume all the way up it sounded fuzzy, and I felt like I missed out on the guided tour aspect.

It was a flying experience that exceeded my expectations. I've been flying a Cessna a lot, but this is my first helicopter flight. And no doors. This "no door" was better than I imagined. First of all, the reality and three-dimensionality on the ground are completely different depending on whether it is through glass or not. I was impressed to see that huge diamond head at close range right below. The wind was so strong that I was left excited throughout. My brother, a good-looking pilot, explained a lot, but I didn't understand English, so I just got a sense of the atmosphere. I'm sorry I didn't get a reaction because I didn't know how to use the income. Laugh All of the correspondence with the staff before the flight is in English and it's done via a translation app, so there's not much of a problem, but if anything, I would have liked to have at least some Japanese subtitles for the explanatory videos to listen to beforehand. I also felt that I needed to explain how to use the income in Japanese. In any case, once you see the power of the doorless helicopter, there is no going back. Thank you for the good memories. I will repeat it again.

The helicopter flight was absolutely amazing; the ladies at check-in were the most unfriendly we have ever met in Hawaii. We had another question regarding life jackets, which was NOT explained to us; they simply said: you saw it in the safety video. What is that supposed to mean?!

This was a great experience. Our pilot Meg was awesome. She was very steady and took us all over the island.

Had an awesome flight with our pilot Matt. I was amazed by how much of the island we were able to see in our hour-long journey. Countless waterfalls, the whole Nepali coastline, Hanalei Bay, and even inside a volcano crater. We chose to fly doors-on as I’ve heard that doors off is quite loud and chilly experience. No regrets. We had a very enjoyable time! Originally, we had this booked for a couple days prior, made it all the way to the office and through our safety briefing before out that the flight was going to be canceled. A bit of a hassle, but better safe than sorry! Our second attempt was perfect weather and really glad we waited. Only complaint was that our ticket had an old address on it, five minutes away. Was able to call the office, get a quick response, and make it to our flight with no issues.time. Flew with my nine-year-old son.
