Description
Situé à environ 60 kilomètres au nord-est de Ho Chi Minh-Ville, il s'agit d'un vaste labyrinthe de tunnels souterrains qui s'étendent jusqu'à la frontière cambodgienne. Le réseau des tunnels de Cu Chi a été construit en 25 ans à partir de 1948 pendant la guerre contre les Français. Il a servi de moyen de communication entre les villages et a aidé les Vietnamiens à échapper aux éclaireurs des soldats français. Le réseau de tunnels a été étendu sur une superficie de 250 kilomètres pendant la guerre du Vietnam. Par conséquent, il est devenu l'un des éléments importants de la stratégie des troupes combattantes du Viet Cong et aussi la maison de milliers de soldats. Actuellement, environ 120 km de tunnels sont préservés et fonctionnent comme une attraction captivante à Ho Chi Minh-Ville.

Pick up was in time and the guide was pleasant. Pit stop on the way at a Handicraft by Handicapped artists. There was no pressure to buy anything and we opted to give a donation, again no pressure to do this either.We did feel rushed through the experience which was a shame as my son was keen to spend more time viewing certain things. In the end we arrived back at the motel an hour early so we could have taken our time to experience at our own pace. Otherwise, the site itself is definitely worth going to.
Tour guide name is xi. She is knowledgeable and friendly. Appreciate her candor and for telling us the history of Vietnam.
Derek was excellent. Good English with a great sense of humour. It was really good to be able to choose a pick up time. Ours was 1100 which meant that our tour was between the busy periods so felt more personal. Thank you Derek for an informative and fun day
Tour was excellent and very well organized. Tour guide Nana was amazing, super friendly and knowledge. Hotel pick up was done almost on time and traditional Vietnamese lunch was included too. The Casava tasting at the Cu chi tunnels was also superb. Very worth experience! Highly reccommed this tour and company👍
