This was a HUGE highlight of our trip!! Bridget was the best instructor and tour guide who put us at ease immediately and kept things so fun! I was nervous I wouldn’t be able to handle the Segway correctly, but she made it so easy quickly and was very encouraging and kind. Can’t say enough positive things about the experience

Seeing the vast Balboa Park by Segway was absolutely the best option. The park is so beautiful with so many hidden gardens and museums. Bridget was amazing! We would highly recommend either in SD for a day or a couple of days. Thank you!

My name is Greg. I am 65 years old. I have never travled much. I am from a small town in North Carolina. I visited San Diego the week of 1-12-2026 with my girlfriend. I didn't have much scheduled for the week, so she suggested that we take a Segue tour of Balboa Park. Being that I have never traveled and that I have zero knowledge of Balboa Park or San Diego for that matter, I agreed. I booked the tour online for the afternoon two hour tour of the park. The owner of the company, Bridget, responded via text and voice mail immediately upon confirming our booking with her company. We met her in a large parking lot near the zoo, for a short introduction into the operation of the bikes and what we would be seeing on our adventure. Keep in mind, that I have never traveled and was completely in the dark about Balboa Park, much less San Diego. As we ventured through the park, Bridget was very knowledgable and described everything that we were seeing along the way. Being that I have never experienced anything like this, I was totally blown away. From the gardens, to the layout and especially the architechture, my eyes were opened to a whole new world that I never knew existed. Simply put, it was one of the greatest days of my entire life. If you want a truly personalized tour of Balboa Park, don't hesitate to book this excursion. Thank you again, Bridget for a day that I will remember for the rest of my life!
Absolutely incredible experience with loads of information and the fun of the Segways. Would highly recommend this excursion for anyone wanting an overall view of the park before deciding on specific spots to explore further.
