Passez une journée en dehors de York lors de cette visite guidée en petit groupe à la découverte du pittoresque parc national des North York Moors et de Whitby, en passant par le célèbre cheval blanc de Kilburn représenté sur la colline, la visite de la ville de marché de Helmsley, le village de Goathland (lieu de tournage de la série Heartbeat et de Harry Potter) et le port de pêche de Whitby. Découvrez l’abbaye de Whitby (qui a inspiré les livres de Dracula), visitez le musée Captain Cook, achetez quelques articles en jais ou gothiques à la mode de Whitby, dégustez le célèbre fish and chips du Magpie Cafe ou profitez tout simplement de la plage et du front de mer : le choix vous appartient ! Vous aurez également la possibilité de partir de Whitby en train à vapeur en embarquant à bord du train des North Yorkshire Moors et de rejoindre le minibus à Goathland ! Afin de garantir confort et service personnalisé, l’excursion est limitée à 16 passagers et le minibus est climatisé.

We have had 5 trips with BOBH and everyone has been a great experience but our last one in April 2026 was the best. Our driver Alan whom we found out is the owner gave us the best trip ever. His personal knowledge of James Herriot's life and love of the Dales was amazing. We even got to see filming of an episode of All creatures great & small purely by accident and we were the only ones there. We came away from the trip feeling that we had found a friend in Alan and we will definitely be back next year if possible this year. Highly recommend this company in every way.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience today on the All Creatures Great and Small Tour. We found Chris to be a knowledgeable guide and an excellent driver! We never felt rushed and the stops along the way were perfectly timed. It was a lovely day and we would highly recommend this tour for those who wish to experience the breathtaking beauty of the Yorkshire Dales.
This was a fabulous day out and experience. Such lovely places from the market square at Masham to the delightful space , cafes and shops at Grassington. And the idyllic river and abbey ruins. Our guide Mark was especially thoughtful and friendly even pointing out the best bits , and toilets on arrival. The scenery is stunning. Nice to meet other friendly folk from around the world on the tour too. Thoroughly recommended.

The overall knowledge of our driver, Howard. for all things All Creatures Great and Small and also the overall Yorkshire Dales was astonishing. As the witching hour of 5.00 p.m. was approaching he was eager to continue showing us places of interest and continued to do so until after 6:00 p.m. Highly recommended.
