It is a very eye opening experience. I visited with my 22 years old daugther and realized that the new generation does not fully know or understand how this change the world. She started searching information.
Jaclyn did an outstanding job! Loved the experience and her personal take on it all. She was so thorough but very engaging too.
Jim was an awesome guide! Shared so many personal stories and perspectives. Very knowledgeable and personable. Obviously a somber and emotional experience, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time with Jim as our private guide.
Rob was the best guide we could have asked for! The tour was super insightful and emotional, thank you very much for this great experience!
Very personable and concise trip. Lots of intimate tips we used after the tour was over which ended up being an expanded adventure in itself. Jimmy was great. Enjoyed his company.
Awe-inspiring! Having not been to NYC since 1962, I’d never been to what is ground zero. Meaghan verbally painted pictures of the buildings and how it looked so clearly I could. See everything in my mind. Then, after a 90-minute private tour, we entered the museum where we barely scratched the surface of everything offered there. We topped the tour off by going to One World Observatory. Not on the tour, was O’Haras Bar one block south op Fire Station. It’s worthy of a tour itself as its walls are adorned with patches from during fire and military patches worldwide. There are over 2,000 patches.
Meghan Sara was knowledgeable and entertaining. Thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Would highly recommend this tour as it gives you an extra insight into the events.
Helene had a book of very descript and educational photography that helped us see what was once there. Learned sooooo much and covered a lot. Touching and heartfelt descriptions and a wealth of historical knowledge!!!
Alice was so much fun and gave us so much information. We felt more knowledgeable entering the museum after spending time on her tour first. We loved our tour with Alice and would highly recommend! We used Experience First for the 9-11 tour as well as the Statue of Liberty and both experiences were wonderful. It was a breeze doing the 9-11 museum and One World Trade Center observation deck afterwards with our tickets that were included.
David was a great guide. We even had a teenager with us and David kept his attention. I loved the back stories. The grounds are beautiful. I’m so glad we took the tour. Both the museum and observatory are worth it too
