Vous et vos amis allez entreprendre une visite gastronomique espagnole de trois heures et demie au cœur du magnifique centre historique de Madrid. Vous aurez l'occasion de découvrir l'expérience culinaire espagnole locale et de profiter de la façon unique dont les habitants sortent pour manger. Vous marcherez également dans des rues où chaque coin a quelque chose à raconter. Une fois que notre guide expérimenté aura terminé nos visites de tapas à Madrid, votre estomac sera complètement rempli de mets délicieux et vous aurez également une connaissance approfondie de nos habitudes de tous les jours. De plus, dans toutes nos visites, il y a un plat secret, que vous ne pouvez découvrir que le jour même. En tournée privée, tout fonctionne autour de vous! Nos heures de départ sont beaucoup plus faciles, les dates peuvent s'ouvrir. C'est une expérience beaucoup plus intime et confortable. Vous commencerez dans une pâtisserie historique pour déguster une pâtisserie de saison. Suivi d'une visite dans une épicerie fine de plus de 180 ans, nous dégusterons ici deux types de jambon ibérique, du fromage manchego et de l'huile d'olive extra vierge. Vous dînerez sur un sandwich classique aux calamars frits, un favori local. Nous mangerons une tapa exceptionnelle et partagerons une bouteille de cidre espagnol. Dégustez un vermouth avec la tapa du jour, un favori des locaux. Terminez la visite dans un restaurant situé à l'intérieur d'un bâtiment du XVIIIe siècle avec un morceau d'omelette espagnole et le plat secret qui change chaque jour.
Au cours de votre visite, vous passerez par la Plaza Mayor , un espace public majeur au cœur de Madrid, la capitale de l'Espagne. C'était autrefois le centre du vieux Madrid. La Plaza Mayor est destinée aux Madrilènes et aux touristes qui peuvent faire du shopping, se promener, manger et profiter

Jorge was great, he was extremely informative and accommodating. There is a lot of information, it is probably better to schedule this tour early on in your trip as you get information about where to go and what to do in Madrid.

An amazing experience in itself with the very capable and knowledgeable guide Jorge Ortega. Not only were we treated to the flavors and stories of Madrid but we were also lucky to witness the Fiesta de la Trashumancia , which I have been calling the the running of the sheep.

Had a fun time with lots of local history and good food stops. Plenty food and drink. It was a lot of walking but welcomed between food stops. Vermut was surprisingly good. The calamari sandwich was surprisingly good and a fun local snack. We went to places the locals go.

Thoroughly enjoyed our walking history/secret food tour of Madrid with Jorge in Sunday, October 12, 2025. Jorge was welcoming, informative, friendly, humorous and very knowledgeable.
