Cœur de la navigation de plaisance à Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, la marina de Westhaven est située à quelques pas du centre-ville, immédiatement reconnaissable comme une icône du savoir-faire maritime d'Aotearoa Nouvelle-Zélande.
Il s'agit de la colline volcanique du centre-ville d'Auckland. Vous pouvez marcher sur la piste pour admirer la vue dégagée sur la ville et les ports d'Auckland. Un grand cratère bien conservé, d'environ 50 mètres de profondeur, est contenu dans le cône sommital.
Le Domain Wintergardens est un complexe de jardins situé au sein du domaine d'Auckland. Les jardins d'hiver se composent de deux grandes serres : une maison tempérée non chauffée et une maison tropicale (chauffée à 28 ° C en moyenne). Entre les deux serres se trouve une cour ornée avec plusieurs statues néoclassiques et un étang englouti au centre.
C'est l'une des plages les plus populaires et une belle banlieue riveraine d'Auckland. Il offre une vue imprenable sur l'île de Rangitoto et des endroits agréables et profitez-en. où il y a du temps pour déjeuner (à vos frais)
Il s’agit d’un mémorial dédié au premier Premier ministre travailliste de Nouvelle-Zélande et fondateur de l’État-providence. Vous pouvez voir des jardins bien entretenus avec une plaque avec l'histoire.
Centre d'accueil d'Arataki
Karekare Falls est situé dans la partie ouest du parc régional des chaînes Waitakere, près du village de Karekare - le lieu de tournage de "The Piano". De magnifiques paysages et un accès facile font de cette cascade l'une des cascades à voir absolument en Nouvelle-Zélande.
Piha est une plage pittoresque de surf de sable noir située sur la côte accidentée à l'ouest d'Auckland. Il existe plusieurs promenades à travers la forêt indigène des collines environnantes.

Kenneth met us promptly at our hotel. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and a very good tour guide. He knew all the great photo spots. We really enjoyed Mt. Eden and Piha Beach!

Ben was a very thoughtful and considerate tour guide. His personally added touches (with his trunkful of drinks and snacks!) plus his willingness to add in an extra stop or two made the day delightful. It gave us a wonderful overview of Auckland and the surrounding areas. He took great photos of us and the stunning scenery and promptly sent them following the tour.
A full day of seeing so many amazing sites: the largest marina in the southern hemisphere, the panoramic views from the beautiful Mt Eden (there is a fairly strenuous walk to the top, but it’s worth it if you can do it!), KareKare falls and more, but the long trek to Piha Beach and the soft silky and sparkling black sands is something like you’ve never seen. A great way to see some great sites outside of Auckland City. Read less
This is a great way to see some of the typical Auckland sights (Eden), but also see beautiful gardens (about 5 kind in 1 complex), get out of town and see a harbor white sand beach, also have lunch in a cute town overlooking the beach, see a visitor center about the indigenous ppl that had beautiful forests, we stopped to also see a beautiful waterfall and also saw a black surfing sand beach. We also received some information about the area , though that was not the ficus, as our guide has only lived in the area 2 years. Overall saw a lot in 1 day.
Damian was a friendly, knowledgeable tour guide and a great driver. He even added a visit to waterfalls to our itinerary. What a fantastic introduction to our first full day in Auckland. We would give him and the tour way more than 5 stars!

Damian is a wonderful guide with good knowledge of the Auckland area. We went off-script a few times to accommodate desires we had for a museum and waterfall. Also he is a good driver and we felt safe on some tight and winding roads through the rainforest. The trip to Piha beach is spectacular as is the beach itself with its black sand.
