The tour company drove us three hours from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay before telling us that all the tours had been cancelled due to weather (even though they already knew before we arrived). We sat around for three hours waiting for them to arrange transportation back to Hanoi, and then they offered me the option to pay $70 for a taxi back or keep waiting for a bus. The staff at Ha Long Bay was very nice, and they took care of everyone, but they really should have let us know instead of taking of costing us six hours of vacation time for no reason.
The cruise was exceptional in every way. Breathtaking views and well-organized excursions made the journey unforgettable. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, always going the extra mile to ensure a wonderful experience. Every detail, from the smooth transfers to the comfortable accommodations, was meticulously planned. The dining was also a highlight, with a diverse and delicious menu. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the beauty of Ha Long Bay with top-notch service seamless organized.
I cannot recommend it enough! Our cruise manager was incredibly informative and attentive throughout the journey. The food was exceptional, and the activities were well-organized, ensuring that we made the most of our time. The cruise operated seamlessly, with everything meticulously accounted for. We had an absolutely delightful experience from beginning to end, encompassing a scenic boat trip and engaging cooking demonstration. The staff proved exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, with our delightful waitress Chan demonstrating remarkable attentiveness and helpfulness throughout our visit.
