Had a great experience in this city. The food, drinks and culture was amazing.
A huge group turned up yet everything was clear and well organised. First bar with unlimited drinks was the best way to get the night started and meeting a lot of new people. Personally arranged for my friends 25th and the organisers arranged a small gift for her, which made the experience even more memorable. 6/5 if option was available
Fantastic pub crawl and an even better host. Elinka was friendly, organized, and made sure everyone felt welcome throughout the night. Her energy kept the group engaged, and she did a great job bringing people together. One of the best group nights out I’ve had. highly recommended!
The pub crawl is great! This is my second time doing one in Prague. The guides are always super friendly and enjoyable. I’ve meet some great people doing these as well and I always have such a great time, especially ending it at the club and dancing to some great music on the lit up dance floor.
Erne6to and Sofia they rock, and need a raise, i enjoyed my self and best pub crawl ever, hard Ben & Kevin
It was supposed to start at 10 p.m. We were there opened Time agreed. Then the lady told me we were 15 minutes late. The group had already left.
Dear Leon, Thank you for your review. We ask all guests to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time for check-in, and this information is clearly provided on Viator. As some guests may arrive a little later, our team members regularly return to the meeting point to assist with late arrivals and help them join the group. In your case, you arrived just after the group had left, before a team member had the opportunity to return. Our receptionist checked you in and directed you to the first venue, which is less than a one-minute walk away and clearly visible from the meeting point. As a result, you were able to join the group almost immediately and continue the tour without missing any meaningful part of the experience. We appreciate your feedback and are glad our team was able to help you quickly connect with the group. Kind regards, Prague Pub Crawl Team
Fantastic evening, very polite and nice guys, we had a lot of fun, if we have the opportunity to come back we will definitely go here,
Better title would be “Drinking Tour”. The first 2 hours there were free drinks. Not pubs, but clubs. Group size 100+. The notification of the club change is made via push message; however, did not match the originally stated times. In the last stop, there should be free drinks between 10pm and 11pm; however, the bar staff had no information on this. We had already set out earlier. However, the group itself did not arrive there until after midnight. Most certainly did not require further refuelling - as the first stop had already provided a good alcoholic basis.
Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your point of view, even if it seems your experience was quite different from that of the other 100+ guests who joined the same night and, overall, enjoyed the tour. Just to clarify for future guests, the format of the experience is clearly described in advance. While the name “pub crawl” is commonly used, the route includes bars and clubs, and this is stated during booking. So no surprises there. As for the group size, you joined one of the largest pub crawls in Europe. On weekend nights, groups of this size are expected. That is part of the atmosphere many guests come for. Regarding communication, the WhatsApp group is not a replacement for guidance, but a tool to keep everyone informed in real time. With large groups, this ensures that even those who decide to move at their own pace still know exactly where to go. All venues are within a short walking distance, so navigating between them is straightforward. About the drinks, unlimited drinks are only available at the first venue during the specified time slot, depending on your start time. This is explained at the beginning of the tour. Service ends shortly before departure, which is standard and also communicated by the guides. We understand that expectations can differ. Still, the structure, scale, and organization of the event remain consistent and clearly outlined. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. Kind regards, Camille
The tour started on a location that was way to small for the amount of people we had. The free alcohol we got was bad quality so very untasty. Every club felt like a sauna and there was 0 vibes in my opinion. The tour was filled with 95% man and the 5% woman were the organizers it self. You had to go into a groupchat and jnstead of leading us the way in Prague they send the location of the next pub in the app and you had to navigate yourself to there. Only chill thing I can imagine we had is at the last club with 5 floors is free entry and no waiting line. Overall this was the worst pubcrawl I had ever done in my life and I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Better to ask locals what bars they went to when they partied and make your own pubcrawl.
Dear Bart, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your point of view, even if your experience seems quite different from the one most of our guests had that night. On the day of your activity, we hosted well over a 100 participants, many of whom enjoyed the tour and the overall atmosphere. For operational reasons, and to improve comfort, we divided the group into smaller sections with staggered start times. This allowed us to manage capacity at each venue and ensure smoother entry rather than bringing everyone into one space at once. Regarding the drinks, we serve standard, good quality alcohol that meets expectations for this type of event. We are sorry to hear it did not match your personal taste. As for the group dynamic, the ratio of men and women is not something we control. That said, on the night you joined, the distribution was balanced, with a similar number of men and women attending. The WhatsApp group you mentioned is part of how we keep large groups organized. It supports real time updates and clear directions throughout the evening. Guests are guided between venues, and the chat ensures no one is left without information, even if they choose to move at their own pace. We are glad to see that you found the final venue enjoyable. That location, along with the included entry and no waiting line, is one of the highlights of the experience. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. Kind regards, Camille
So, full disclosure, I joined this experience on New Year’s Eve, which might have meant it was operated a little differently from normal. When I booked this pub crawl, I expected to join a small group of fellow travellers who would spend the night together going from spot to spot, under the guidance of a group lead who’d ensure everybody’s safe crossing to the various locations. This could not be much further from what I got. To start, the group was absolutely massive. This might again be down to the timing of the trip, but with the size of the group being probably around a hundred, there was no shot at proper cohesion. After collecting our wristbands, we were directed to the first location, which was way too small for how many people joined. Here, we were allowed an hour of free drinks, which was very necessary as you were only given a single shot at the second and third locations. At the end of the hour, one of the tour guides, who were otherwise very absent, directed us to the next bar. This place, again, was incredibly tightly packed and somewhat uncomfortably so. When the time came to move again, no announcement was made and thus what felt like over half the group was left at this bar. We were instructed to join a WhatsApp group where information about the next locations could be found, but this felt like an easy cop-out for the touring company to place responsibility on the customer to make their way to the bars on their own. What are the guides for, then? After making my way to the final location and seeing the massive queue outside the club, which you’d think you would get quick and easy access to for what you pay for the trip, I left early. This really wasn’t much of an “experience”, and besides the free drinks early on, you could have a much better and cheaper time organizing your own pub crawl.
Dear Daimy, Thank you for your feedback and for joining us on New Year’s Eve. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We would like to clarify a few points for future guests reading this. Our pub crawl is promoted as one of the largest in Europe, and this is clearly stated during booking. On special dates such as New Year’s Eve, attendance is significantly higher due to demand, and the overall atmosphere in Prague is much busier than usual across all venues in the city. The size of the group and the crowded venues you experienced are typical for this specific night. Prague is one of the most popular destinations in Europe for New Year’s celebrations, and most bars and clubs operate at full capacity with special entry conditions. Without prior reservations, entry to many venues is limited or requires additional fees. Our event includes guaranteed access and covers entry costs, which helps guests avoid these challenges. Regarding communication, the WhatsApp group is an essential part of the organization, especially for large events. It allows guides to share live updates, locations, and timing with all participants. This system ensures that guests who choose to stay longer at a venue or move at a different pace still have clear instructions on where to go next. We understand that you expected a smaller and more personal experience. For guests looking for that type of setting, we usually recommend attending on regular week nights rather than major holidays, when the scale and energy of the event are very different. Thank you again for your comments. They help us improve and also give future guests a clearer picture of what to expect on peak dates. Kind regards, Camille
