Rencontrez notre assistant et retirez vos billets à notre bureau Get Prague Guide à Maiselova 5, 110 00, Prague 1. Le bureau est situé à 3 minutes à pied de l'horloge astronomique. L'assistant vous donnera vos billets et vous indiquera les informations importantes sur la Tour de l'horloge astronomique. Ensuite, vous explorerez l'attraction seul à votre rythme. Utilisez le billet d'entrée exclusif et explorez l'une des attractions les plus populaires de la ville avec ses multiples niveaux. Apprenez l'histoire de cette structure de style gothique qui remonte aux années 1300 et découvrez de près l'horologe lui-même, y compris sa marche horaire des douze apôtres et son anneau zodiacal distinct. Excellent short introductory tour of the Astronomical clock and surrounding square. Christina was excellent. We really enjoyed her explanations coupled with quirky humour and the extra knowledge about the writings of Franz Kafka. Only negative it was not clear to me that the meeting point was not at the clock. Fun to then go up the clock tower and observe the square below.

Met the guide, walked to the clock she explained a little bit. We watched the clock do its thing and that was the end of the tour.

Great views over the city and worthwhile experience. No more than 20 mins required. Easy access via lift then a few floors by ramp. Spiral staircase could be tricky for anyone with mobility issues but there is another lift on request so still possible to get out to viewing platform. We had assumed we were meeting an actual guide as instructions stated we would be met by one outside main doors with a blue & white umbrella. Waited 30 mins, went into main building and were told we had to go to a completely different office a few streets away to redeem voucher and get our actual entry tickets. So we missed our 3pm slot which was rearranged. Had to msg Tour operators to get a google maps link to find the office. Tiny & easy to miss. This all spoilt the experience a bit. We had also assumed the eguide was for the clock tower tour. Actually a short city tour which we had no use for, though others might.
The tour was good and gave a good overall into to the clock.

Excellent experience and guide. He was very humorous and very educated. We would have loved taking any tour with him. The clock experience was very in depth and just what we wanted. His English was perfect.

The explanations before visiting the tower are very interesting but we do not see or understand the mechanism of the clock. The view from the tower is breathtaking.
