Nous sommes fiers de dire que cette expérience a été récompensée par le Viator Experience Award 2023 pour la deuxième fois consécutive ! Cette visite passe par les points forts du musée du Prado. Il y a plus d'un millier de tableaux à l'intérieur (non, nous ne nous sommes pas trompés, c'est la vérité), nous ne pouvons donc pas tout explorer, néanmoins, nous vous fournissons la base pour que vous puissiez partir seul après la visite. C'est pourquoi nous aimons décrire cela comme une visite didactique. Cependant, si vous êtes un professionnel de l'art, nous avons une bonne nouvelle : puisque nous ne serons que 7 personnes, vous pouvez choisir ce qu'il faut voir et faire des demandes, et c'est pourquoi nous aimons décrire cela comme une visite flexible. . Après deux cents ans d'existence, notre musée préféré est toujours un merveilleux exemple d'excellence artistique. Excellent introduction to the Prado. Alex was a fun, friendly and engaging guide, and this small-group tour was a great introduction to the Prado. I’d particularly recommend it for people who, like me, enjoy art but aren’t experts. The sheer size and importance of the collection could be a bit overwhelming on a first visit, and Alex made it much more accessible. We covered a really good range, including Flemish art and works by Velázquez, Goya and El Greco. Alex gave enough background and context to help us understand and appreciate what we were looking at, without ever making it feel like a lecture. Being able to go straight into the museum without queuing was another plus. A very enjoyable and accessible way to discover the Prado and a great starting point for exploring more of the collection afterwards. Highly recommended.
Maria was a great guide. I have visited the Prado many times but got so much more out of the experience as Maria interpreted the art and told the stories behind their creation.

Belen was our guide and was amazing. Her English was perfect and made the tour relevant to adults and teenagers. She choose a handful of important works of art and explained the history , significance, style and so much more of each painting. The time flew by!

Belén is an excellent and enthusiastic guide! She provided great insight for the art and put things into historical context. I only wish we could have done that all day! After the tour with her, I used the museum's audio guide. That guide provided very little depth compared to what Belén provided.

Alex, my guide, was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Spain and the connection to the extraordinary paintings in the museum especially the ones related to Goya. I highly recommend Alex as your tour guide if you are ever in Madrid and going to visit the Prado Museum.
