Highly recommend this tour to anyone with a layover at Narita airport, it was one of the highlights of our recent trip to Japan. Our guide, Fusako, was excellent and guided us through a very special cultural and historical experience. Following a leisurely stroll through Omotesando Avenue we visited the Naritasan Shinsho-ji temple which included a Buddhist service. We had lunch in a local restaurant before returning to the airport. Fusako assisted with our return train ride, baggage retrieval and ensured we boarded the shuttle to Terminal 2. Excellent service.
Fusako was a wonderful guide. I learned so much about the history and culture of Japan. We chatted easily, and the tour was the perfect pace and timing for my layover in Narita. Fusako was very prepared with things to see, and suggestions of places to eat but also asked me what I preferred. Narita is a lively little town, easy to get to and walk around for a few hours. I was happy to have Fusako meet me at the airport to help guide me with the train. Highly recommended.
We were very lucky to get Chiho as our guide for this tour. It was seamless and easy to meet her at the airport, and she then helped us every step if the way while we were with her, and took extra time to make certain that we arrived back to the departures level. As she led us from the subway to Naritasan Temple she explained local customs, the town, and the quaint streets that we walked through, just every aspect of Japanese life. The temple itself is fascinating, and the explanations that Chiho gave us made the tour all the better. If you have a long-ish layover in Narita I highly recommend this tour, and if you are lucky enough to draw Chiho as your guide, you will be doubly pleased.

This is an exceptional experience. We had a 10 hour layover in Narita and this was a brilliant way to spend time. Fusako was very polite, knowledgeable, catered the excursion to what we wanted to see. She asked questions to help us better understand what we were seeing and the culture. I would highly recommend even if you don't have an excursion. Just take a tour with Fusako!
I had a great tour with Fusako. I met my guide right by the visitor's center at the airport and she took me into Narita. After a quick subway ride, we went into the town where there was a bunch of great stores, cultural events (music and tea ceremonies), and the main temples where we were able to watch a Buddhist prayer ceremony. Fusako answered all of my questions and explained sites along the way. I was very happy with the value of this tour.
I am so glad I booked this tour during my nine hour layover at Narita airport! My guide Fusako was amazing. She pointed out and explained various art and structures I may have missed if I was on my own. She was generous to a fault with my questions and I enjoyed our conversation immensely. Her joy in sharing her culture was evident and the entire experience was exceptional. I highly recommend.

Wonderful experience, the guide was kind and knowledgeable. She was attentive and attuned to my likes, she customized the tour for me. Very pleasant to talk to as well. I will highly recommend her to to any tourists looking for a guide in Japan.
Our tour guides were the best! They spent time explaining structures and foods while strolling down a street to the temple. At the temple, we were able to witness a ceremony with the monks. Fascinating! Then we enjoyed a delicious lunch before heading back to the airport!
