A perfect way to spend an afternoon! We learned a lot about baking and had a wonderful time with the instructors. They made the class fun and full of laughter, and the Pastel De Natas tasted delicious. They also ensured that everyone took part in each step of the process and that we understood the significance of each step. We appreciated that the course was designed for a typical kitchen that we can easily replicate back at home. We’re excited to make the recipe ourselves, thanks again for a wonderful time!
I had an absolute blast doing the workshop, the teachers were so friendly and made the class so much fun. I went by myself and made some friends in the class. The best thing is I now know how to make delicious pastel de nata at home, so I can share these pastries with my friends at home. I would highly recommend this class to everyone!
It was fantastic. The instructor was clear, friendly and welcoming. We were all involved and enjoyed the experience. Sophia was wonderful 10 out of 10.
This class was so much fun! Teresa and Anita were great - funny, helpful and knowledgeable. The pasteis de nata were delicious and we can't wait to try making them at home!
We had a lot of fun making the pastry and they were delicious. We hope to make them at home. The chefs were so helpful, funny and encouraging.
A really fun and interesting experience. Learning the history and how to make pastel de nata. Very friendly and informative team.
We both had a great time during the cooking class. We didn't book it until the day of and I have celiac disease. I told them at the start of the class and Luis was very lovely and said he wanted to make sure I got to experience trying the pastel de natas. So he asked his colleague Teressa to help me with making mine. Teressa was so kind and attentive. It was no trouble at all and she made it a really enjoyable experience. They tasted great! Thank you both for a great experience!
An incredible afternoon plus killer service to boot. I accidentally booked the wrong time for the class and even though it was the same day, they changed our time quickly. We were recommended to go to a different location than the one we booked because of our group size, so I was a little nervous that we’d show up and they’d have no record of our purchase. However, when we got there, Teresa greeted us by name and welcomed us into the space. It only went up from there - the energy and enthusiasm and hospitality that Teresa and Luis showed us was magical. The location was lovely and spacious, giving the four groups there plenty of room to spread out but also to get to know each other and cook together. I couldn’t imagine a better way to spend an afternoon in Porto.
A wonderful experience for the whole family! Rui and Anna were fun and gracious hosts and instructors! A must do activity
Fabulous workshop! We had so much fun and the reward was to eat our own tarts! They were the best in Portugal!
