Received all pertinent driver and vehicle description, registration, license, and photo info by text the day before scheduled transfer. On day of transfer received text from driver Cristian saying he was on his way. When he arrived, I explained I am nervous as a passenger when car follows closer than I would or weaves in and out of traffic. He kindly offered to let him know if we needed anything: windows open or closed, need to stop, etc. I was comfortable with his driving the majority of the time, but at one point on a highway we traveled faster than I am accustomed to in the United States (but he was traveling within the UK speed limits), and when I voiced my anxiety, he immediately slowed to my comfort level. Would gladly ride again.

Trust Transfers made getting from our London hotel to the cruise terminal at Southampton convenient and relaxing. We knew that with all our luggage, we did not want to deal with multiple public transportation steps as well as the associated walking. I reached out to Trust Transfers in advance with some questions regarding recommended pickup time and vehicle size and received a prompt reply. The day before our scheduled pickup, I received a text with all the details, including car information and driver name/photo. The morning of our pickup, our driver, Sabin, contacted us shortly before arriving to provide us with his eta. Sabin was great. He helped with the bags at the start and end. He was attentive to our needs during the ride (music, temperature, conversation, or just allowing us to rest quietly after having two busy days in London). I would not hesitate to book with Trust Transfers in the future.
