We booked this service before we got on the cruise. I was very nervous because our flight was boarding at 10:40. They told me to call when I got off the ship which I did and she said she would dispatch the driver and he was there within 5 to 10 minutes and he had us at Orlando’s airport by 8:45 AM. The driver was curious and friendly!
The driver was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. He took time with our bags and made the travel smooth.
BEWARE! We took the shuttle from our hotel for a Carnival cruise. We were told we would be dropped and the shuttle would return since there were only a few of us. Instead they loaded us took us to multiple stops and over a hour later finally headed to Carnival. Had a 10:00am checkin and didn’t even leave the last pickup until 10:15. Stopped at two other ships before making it to ours. $10.00 per person you can do a ride-share for the same price.
First, you are posting this on the private pickup which you did not book. You booked a shared ride. Your shuttle made one other stop at another hotel then went straight to the port. I'm sorry you weren't the first one off the shuttle in the port but your ship was at the farthest terminal from the hotel. If you wish to call in after your cruise we would be pleased to help and try to make you happy.
Our driver Cathy was really awesome and she engaged with our group so that was really nice! Grateful.4 private shuttle it was the way to do it!!
Sebastian our driver was wonderful helping with our luggage and friendly. He’s a safe driver. Compared to some of our other shuttle service companies we had on our trip this was a 10+. I would definitely book with Viator again.
Driver was very nice and they sent a vehicle that was big enough for 6 adults comfortably and all the luggage.
LOTS OF FINE PRINT-and they don’t budge. We booked this 3rd party, DO NOT DO THIS! If you have to cancel anything they will refund NOTHING. When we cancelled we were unable to keep our transportation reservation even though we just cancelled the hotel reservation. And they told us upon arrival they wouldn’t transport us-but they were so disorganized they forgot they told us they wouldn’t take us to the airport and took us anyway. Beth was the best part-nicest lady ever!
Cruised out of Port Cancaveral on the NCL Escape in December. Wasn't sure what to expect but the service was quick and clean
Reliable, easy transportation to/from airport-port. On time, courteous and friendly. Would use this service again.
The lady at the port was super helpful and kept us informed as to the time of the shuttle arrival. Driver was super nice and got us to the airport quickly.
