Pompeii was such an amazing experience and Ira did a fantastic job guiding us through the highlights! We learned so much about Pompeii and the people who lived there from him. Doing a guided tour of Pompeii is definitely worth it for the context, history and facts that make this site even more interesting.

Genarro is very kind and skilled at showing a large amount of the ruins without feeling rushed. Radio system works really well and there was time for pictures but he kept the group moving well. He is very knowledgeable and answered everyone's questions. He has a great balance of knowledge and charm/humour! There wasn't time for souvenir shopping built in and if this was possible it would be even better!
Walking through the ruins of Pompeii is incredible, but having Roberto as our tour guide turned a simple history lesson into an absolute highlight of our trip.His deep knowledge, passion, and engaging storytelling brought the ancient city vividly to life. He shared fascinating details that we never would have noticed on our own, making two hours of walking feel like a brief ten minutes. It was an exceptionally well-paced, immersive, and enjoyable tour!
