Beautiful experience!!! Our guide Igor was very good. He was constantly attentive to where the whole group was and explained the entire history of Pompeii in a precise but also fun way to lighten the two hours (the heaviness of which, thanks to him, was not felt in the slightest). I highly recommend it and hope you manage to get my same guide!!!
We took the tour with our guide Stella, who was very kind, competent, and nice. Those who book the tour to go up to Vesuvius afterwards should leave space between the Pompeii tour with the guide and a walk on their own inside... unfortunately we were not able to see what was outside the guided tour because 30 minutes after it ended we already had the bus for the volcano and in Pompeii they do not let you re-enter another time without having to pay again.
We had booked through Get Your Guide and in error I booked for 4 adults instead of 3 adults and 1 child. When we got to the ticket desk the lady gave us a voucher for 3 adults and 1 child with prices of €44 for adults and €15 for the child. I said we had paid for 4 adults. She asked my son’s age (17) so I said could we please have refund for the difference. I was told no as the tour was booked through Get Your Guide the tickets were already paid for. We accepted this as after all the error was mine on booking. When we came back for the tour an hour later the guide was handing out stickers to the children. She wanted to give one to my son and asked if we had any documentation show his age being 17 in case we got asked. The tickets were definitely bought on entry and the tour company most likely kept the difference. If you value honesty I would avoid this company.

Quick but exhaustive tour, considering that it takes a full day to see the entire archaeological park. Ms. Lina was very professional and friendly, not limiting herself only to purely historical explanations, but also delighting us with interesting anecdotes about Pompeian civilization.
Today the tour done under the great direction of Mia. How she told everything was very nice, good explanation and a lot of humor. Very rewarding!
