Avec plus de 100 ans d'histoire, Poças est actuellement entre les mains de la 4e génération, étant l'une des rares entreprises de vin de Porto nées au Portugal et restées dans la même famille depuis sa fondation. Nos vieux vins de Porto Tawny ont bâti la réputation de Poças, mais depuis 30 ans, nos vins DOC Douro ont également prouvé leur qualité. En 2019, Poças a reçu le prix « Producteur de Vin Fortifié de l'Année 2018 », décerné par Revista de Vinhos (Wine Magazine). Le centre d'accueil de Poças est ouvert au public depuis 2016 et a été entièrement rénové en 2018 – un projet innovant conçu par les architectes Lúcia Vaz Pato et António Mota. Accueillant environ 28 000 visiteurs par an, le centre d'accueil des visiteurs a reçu le certificat d'excellence TripAdvisor en 2018. Cette expérience comprend une visite guidée de notre cave et une dégustation à la fin de la visite. Cette dégustation a été créée pour les amateurs de Tawny car notre objectif est de montrer l'évolution de nos Tawny et la maîtrise des vignerons qui élaborent les différents assemblages. Nous disposons également de différentes harmonisations que vous pouvez sélectionner pour obtenir l'accord parfait avec votre vin.

It is very well presented by the guide and the tasting was delicious. I had two ports and a Pastel de Nata Yum. I was pleased that there was no hard sell of there port, but it was delicious.

amazing experience! the staff is very nice and friendly, the tour itself is also great, suitable for anyone, with or without knowledge about port wine. the tasting was really good and would also recommend getting the cheese selection:)

The wine tasting was in Italian, in a grooup of 4 people. Our host was very nice and informed about Porto, the Pocas family and we really appreciated all the information she shared. Her knowledge is very comprehensive. The Porto tasting with Pasteles de nata and chocolate was great. Really woth the walk to get here!

Excellent service and explanation, delicious wines an options to taste more types of it as different options to eat. The personnel was super friendly and the whole tour and experience was of the best level.

Amazing and authentic experience! Our guide Felipe was super prepared and friendly, the visit was really interesting and well structured, and the tasting was amazing. If you’re looking for something not touristy this is the cave you should visit!
It was a wonderful experience! Better than expected. The explanation by the tour guide was great, she was so nice and smiley communicating clear concepts about the different processes to make the wine. The tasting was algo great, with 4 different options which were so tasty.

Filipa was my tour guide it was fantastic, very kind, she knew everything. It was a pleasure to meet that kinda of vibe and knowledge. Aswered all our questions and even in the tasting part when she was presenting the wines you could tell she knew what she was talking about !
