Everyone who works here is friendly, kind and easy to work with. We had to change a reservation that was smooth and effortless. Once one the boat everyone was accommodating and so kind and friendly. Diving was a great experience! Would definitely recommend this business!

With only about two hours, notice, Southpoint canceled the trip citing weather. I believe they canceled it due to having insufficient people booked. Other dive companies in town reported they were trying to get trips up, but couldn’t get enough people. It would’ve been my nieces first ocean dive, and she was very disappointed..

I've dived with Southpoint MANY times. Never had anything but a great time. From Patti in the office to the divemasters , captain of the Phoenix, crew of the day, its always a very good dive. SAFETY is always #1 on their list. The attention to detail and the care taken by the staff are the reason I've gone back MANY times and always recommend to anybody i know heading down to the keys to dive. They treat you like family.

I had such a wonderful time diving with Southpoint Divers for a day full of conservation! We did a Goal: Clean Seas cleanup dive in the morning and received a beautiful thank you from 20+ dolphins who spent 2 full minutes underwater with our group. Then in the afternoon we got to learn about coral conservation and participate as citizen science divers in Iconic Reef Guardians dives. Captain Trop kept us safe and happy and Deckhand Drew took great care of us! Love these guys and their commitment to caring for our ocean!

This PADI 5 Star dive shop provided a great experience. This was an afternoon 2 tank experience. We were taken to two dive sites and given an hour at each. The boat and pre-dive briefings were thorough and informative. I felt safe at every step. The captain and crew were friendly and experienced. We had a range of experience amongst our divers from first timers to experienced divers. Everyone reported having a great experience. I’m looking forward to returning for more dive experiences with this team.

We had such a great experience with Southpoint divers, checkin was quick and easy at their shop across the street from the boat. The boat was very roomy and comfortable for the rides out and back to the reefs. The safety briefing by the captain was very thorough and informative. Our two dive masters/instructors were super informative as well, they helped a lot with everyone's gear, weights etc, they also were very descriptive about how to navigate the dive sites, what we might see and thorough instructions on when and how to return to the boat. We will most definitely dive with them again when we return in December. Thank you Southpoint divers!!

My family and I dove with Southpoint Diving the week of October 4th. We’re all certified divers and chose to stay at the Hyatt Centric for convenience, since their boats are docked there. My wife and four adult sons took the refresher course since it had been over a year since their last dive. The instructor was excellent, and Palmer was their dive guide for their first dive of the week. We dove with Southpoint four more days, including a night dive. I’ve been diving for 40 years and have interacted with hundreds of dive operators. Southpoint is in my top five. From my initial booking to stepping off the boat after our last dive, every staff member we dealt with showed enthusiasm and professionalism. We will be returning, and I highly recommend Southpoint for anyone—from brand-new divers to those with hundreds of dives logged.

My mom and I had a great time! The deck hands were so attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and organized. They gave great directions as to: where to find the reef and get back to the boat; equipment needs/minor repairs; carrying equipment and logging our dives. As novice open water divers, they made us feel safe, calm, and confident.
