Cette expérience est une excursion d'une demi-journée sur mesure pour découvrir, outre nos vins de boutique et nos plats savoureux locaux, l'esprit joyeux d'une communauté et ses traditions familiales à travers la cuisine avec un professionnel, la narration, l'humour, l'histoire, des surprises musicales et un millennial wine & culture culinaire, alors...préparez-vous à vous détendre et à vous amuser !

Itinéraire
Nous nous amuserons en cuisinant des pâtes fraîches à partir de rien dans un contexte unique : la ferme viticole familiale du XVIIe siècle de ma famille, située dans les vignobles de Frascati (à seulement 24 minutes en train de Rome !). Nous profiterons également d'une visite guidée des vins de notre vignoble et de notre ferme (une sorte de musée du vin maintenant, pas de vinification moderne là-bas) et d'une dégustation de vin de notre nr. 3 vins familiaux, ainsi que le déjeuner qui comprendra les variétés de pâtes préparées par vous, les savoureux apéritifs et les douceurs locales ! Nous nous retrouverons à la gare de Frascati et nous irons dans ma ferme familiale (à seulement 5 minutes en voiture) pour découvrir un lieu spécial.. Moi et mon équipe familiale, également composée d'un chef professionnel, vous apprendrons à préparer la deuxième des recettes de pâtes traditionnelles, notamment les « raviolis » et les « fettuccine », ainsi que certains des secrets de la tradition culinaire locale ! Je vous proposerai également nos recettes de pâtes ! À la fin de l'expérience, nous vous raccompagnerons à la gare de Frascati, pour retourner à la gare de Roma Termini !

A nice and cozy pasta and wine day treatment. Nice nice people. Good atmosphere. Really recommended to do something different on holiday.
Yesterday was my favorite day in "Rome". The city of Rome is a noisy, congested, overwhelming City. But right outside of Rome in the countryside of Frascati, it's beautiful, relaxing, and friendly. The wine flowed, we made pasta like Nonna used to make, we walked the vineyard, shared stories, sang, and laughed a lot. It was like being with family with complete strangers. It was a beautiful day. I highly recommend this adventure.
Host was great just make sure the pizza making portion is available before you book, ended with live music. Vineyard is 10 acres and has a beautiful intimate feel
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We took a day trip into Frascati from Roma. We were picked up right on time and taken to the vineyard. The pasta making class was amazing. Then we got to experience the family made wine with a special visit from one of the family members that explained history of the house and how the winery dates back 9 generations. Our guide NICO was amazing! Very knowledgeable and welcoming. If you ever get the opportunity to do this experience it is well worth it and request NICO as your guide, you won’t regret it. Cheers!
What a wonderful experience, one of the best parts of our Rome, Italy vacation. The Minardi Winery was in the beautiful hills of the Frascati Region. We toured the vineyards and the winery and took a Master Pizza-making class. It was like a Sunday family dinner. The people were warm and funny and welcoming. Awesome food, incredible wine and a sunny afternoon in an amazing place|! The wine we ordered to be shipped home arrived in short-time, too. Grazcie!!!

We had an awesome time at the winery! The pizza making was incredible, the wines were amazing, and the hosts were fun and knowledgeable.
Fantastic day spent making pasta and drinking wine! Easy 30 minutes train from Rome to Frascati. Book directly with Minardi winery and they will pick you up from the Frascati station. Great way to enjoy a slower pace after the frenzy of touring Rome.

This was one of the best parts of our trip to Rome. I’d booked as part of a surprise for my partner 50th birthday and it didn’t disappoint. From the minute we were collected from the station (easy journey and great instructions) and warmly welcomed by Nicolo and Alfredo, to being dropped back on Frascati Centre, we were treated to an excellent pizza making masterclass, followed by some lovely wine tasting. The team are warm, welcoming and so knowledgeable on the wine and their home town & surrounding area. The pizza and lunch we were served was one of the best I had whilst on our break. This was an all round lovely experience and I would recommend this tour 100%.
