There was no communication by operator when we tried to contact them for exact meeting location via Viator app. After not hearing from them, we decided to call operator directory and they said the excursion was canceled. This was same day of excursion. Had we not called, we would have shown up and had been even more disappointed (and out taxi fare). Good thing we checked:
Your cancellation had a notice There was communication but you did not reply to our attempts We called you and never got an answer, you called us from a different number until the tour date
We took the dinner cruise. It was great fun had by all. The staff and all pirates were incredible. Lots of entertainment and good food. Highly recommend this experience when in Puerto Vallarta.

Fun overall but a predictable show and not as lively as one in Cabos Beers very weak and just made me have a few more and pee more often Food good though and same as service Music very good!

This was one of the most "touristy" things we've ever done and it was a blast. We had our own private pirate/server for the evening and they kept the party going for sure. The Bay of Banderas is beautiful at night and the PV skyline was full of fireworks from all the weddings. Saw some whales on the way which was also fun. The food was good and the show entertaining. Its safe for kids and risque enough for the adults. It was a great balance.
Evem "touristy" things can be fun and memorable It's great that you could enjoy the pirates performance, the great views of the bay and all the surprises that the tour creates We hope to see you again soon!

The pirate experience at Puerto Vallarta is everything you want in a vacation. It has great food, fun enterteinment and a friendly staff that will take you to the next level of fund We would be happy to welcome you once more! There's still plenty of treasure to go around in the pirate ship
Awesome experience. We were lucky because our boat was not full to capacity. Fish was the best server. I didn't expect the show to be on-going from the minute you get onto the boat until you return to the dock. Dinner was great and the entertainment was fantastic!
It is indeed an authentic Pirate Experience! The staff and the Pirates will do anything to get you deep into the show. We are happy to know that you liked it that much But the adventure is not over! We'll be happy to welcome you again
What a great night. 5 plus stars. The staff or should I say pirates were awesome ! The food was yummy and the drinks never stopped flowing. The show was so fun and one of the best I’ve seen.
Once the boat sails, all the staff travels back in time to become pirates! They might be fearsome but they will take care of you to take you into their adventure We hope to welcome you again soon, there's still plenty of treasure to go around
When we booked this we didn't expect it to be that Amazing! We were mind blown at the quality of food, the life performance, and the service our pirate provided! From the beginning at check-in, they assign you to a pirate (your server) and they are catering to you from the get-go. We had the privilege of being catered by Pirata Calavera! He asked us for our drink of choice and I swear my cup was never empty! They welcomed us with music and dancing! Once we all got settled they went over safety rules and the party began! Although it did rain, they were quick to put the tarps up and that was a seamless transition! Dinner: OMG! The best meal I had in PV, hands down! They separated the group in two and you go to the lower deck of the boat where the pirate's group dines together while the band plays live music! Overall great experience and amazing service!
We are truly happy that you had such a great time with the staff. Our pirates will give their best everytime so every guest can feel special They are prepared for any issue that may happen, even if it's raining, the pirates will not let you down! the best pirata tour this is the 2nd time my and my family take this ship tour Daniel the pirata is the best the show is really nice I high recommend it to every one the food on the boat and the drinnks are yummy very good
