Phuket-Phang Nga: Rafting 5 ou 7 km.-Tyrolienne-VTT-Déjeuner

We were stuck waiting for hours at a time between activities with nothing to do, poorly organised. At least half of the 9 quad bikes being used did not work properly and lead to an extremely boring part of the tour, having to wait for peoples bikes to be fixed mid-drive. The one bright spot of the tour was the white water rafting and the guides for the white water rafting, probably worth doing that with another group.

Good. Was fun. Especially Rafting. Tour guide was nice, communication was good and the tour itself was very enjoyable.

I did not know there was a weight limit for zip line and my husband could not ride. It was also a 2.5 hour trip just to get to the adventure park. The ATV ride was awesome. The wait time was mismanaged so our group had a long wait for availability of ATVs. The temple of the monkeys and waterfall was nice but the driver had to cut those times very short due to the wait time for ATVs.

There was an additional elephant ride which was not suppose to include in this package hence waste our time and who can hold the responsibility if anything happened. Driver was not sure of the road route, he has to approach a local man for help. It took 3 hours to arrive at the first location. Mini Trekking was cancelled as not enough time. Delay 2 hours to return hotel.

Driver was 30min late on pick up, drove like a reckless idiot both ways. Not only doing 100 in 50 zones but drive in the wrong side of road at times and have 1/3rd of the time his eyes off the road, busy texting and.. Arriving we paid a port tax fee of 30B pp, not a lot but not mentioned in program and got dirty bathrooms. Once on boat, we were like sardines on the speedboat, more than 40 with staff and similar boats had notes on that was for max 35 persons. The kayaking and James Bond island was very good, staff friendly and lunch average at best.

This tour was brilliant! We really enjoyed our day out, and were really impressed with extra touches by the company - such as a cooler box of drinks for us to take from throughout the day and fresh fruit to enjoy on our way home. The guide was lovely and so helpful, and the islands were gorgeous. The only negative was the process at the beginning of the day was a little chaotic - but once we were on the boat the day was fantastic.

My family and I enjoyed the fact that the group on the speedboat was so small. That allowed us to disembark and reassemble much more quickly than the really large boats that make a similar trip. Our only disappointment was that the start time was pushed back because the day of our tour was the last day of Ramadan, and I guess a number of the staff had to start work later. We were originally supposed to leave at 9:30 but didn't depart until 10:15. Ultimately it meant the guide gave us only 10 minutes to shop at the market in Koh Paynee, which seemed to have a ton of stuff we would have liked to purchase. We were disappointed. Otherwise, it was a great activity.
