Phuket Jet Ski Island Aventure avec déjeuner

Description

Amazing experience. Good jetski’s and great energy from the owner, manager and team. They are NOT fussy and uptight like some companies. They also provide clear instructions in English, which made for a successful understanding of what to expect. The trip itself was great. We took the 8 stop tour. They took allot of pictures of us and allowed some freedom on the ski’s. It is also 30%-50% cheaper than other companies for the same ride. Make sure you compare prices and offers carefully. This is the best.
I reached out to Rocky Jet Ski through multiple Facebook pages and WhatsApp before my tour, and they ignored every message even though they were actively posting. No communication at all. They told me to arrive early, so I showed up when they said. I ended up waiting almost an hour and a half before anything started. After sitting there in the heat for so long, I asked for water, and they told me water is only free after the 4‑hour tour. That didn’t make sense to me since I had already been waiting way before the tour even began. This was the only concern I brought up directly to Rocky — that I waited a long time because they told me to, and I wasn’t even offered a simple bottle of water. He brushed it off and told me to talk to the booking company instead of acknowledging it. During the tour, my jet ski broke down on the first island and I had to switch to another one. Even one of the guide’s jet skis broke. The food was exactly what other reviews mentioned — one tiny drumstick and a scoop of rice. On the monkey island, the guides threw trash on the ground, which didn’t feel right. The jet skiing itself was fun, but everything else around it felt unorganized and unprofessional. I wouldn’t book with them again
I really wanted to enjoy this excursion, but my experience with Rocky Jet Ski was disappointing from the very start. They told me to come extremely early, so I ended up waiting alone in a remote location for almost an hour and a half before anything even began. I was told water was only free after the 4‑hour tour, even though I had already been sitting there that long with no one around. Once things finally started, I noticed safety issues immediately. One woman had a life jacket with a completely broken strap, and instead of replacing it or taking it seriously, they still made her ride to the next island like that. As someone who can’t swim, that made me really nervous. Then my own jet ski stopped working on the first island, and I had to switch to another one. Even one of the guide’s jet skis broke down, so he ended up riding with me — which was actually the only fun part because I got to drive ahead of the group. The food was exactly what other reviews said: one tiny drumstick and a scoop of rice. On the monkey island, the guides gave the monkeys cookies and then tossed the wrappers on the ground, which was sad to see. The land gives so much, and they treated it carelessly. After the tour, I tried to get my pictures and videos. I messaged them on three different Facebook pages plus WhatsApp, and none of the lines of communication responded — even though they were actively posting on one of the pages. When I asked in person, Rocky brushed off the fact that I waited so long and was told to come early. Instead of helping, he sent a girl to tell me to complain to the third‑party company. The guides were very young — one looked around 15 — which might explain why the safety issues weren’t taken seriously. The only genuinely good part was the feeling of riding a jet ski alone across huge open water. That part was amazing and freeing, and honestly more fun than riding on the back with someone. But everything else felt disorganized, unprofessional, and nothing like the other excursions I did during my stay
