Il n’y a pas de meilleure façon de couper les tracas des voyages que de profiter d’un service premium qui offre un service VIP accéléré à l’aéroport. Une fois que vous atterrissez, votre assistant personnel vous rencontre au skywalk et vous guide dans toutes les formalités, y compris le passage des douanes par la voie d'immigration Premium et la navigation dans le hall des arrivées. Ce service premium rend votre arrivée à Phuket aussi facile que possible. Nous avons également une option standard (budget) qui comprend l'immigration accélérée seulement et des détails sur les options)

- Veuillez avoir les informations de votre hôtel et votre billet d'avion aller-retour à portée de main en cas de demande de l'immigration.
- Tous les passagers de 2 ans et plus doivent payer la voie rapide à l'avance. si des passagers supplémentaires arrivent et ne sont pas pris en compte, celui-ci sera annulé sans remboursement.
- Pour la question au moment du paiement "Où souhaitez-vous être déposé", veuillez saisir "Sortie" ou "Le nom de votre hôtel" si vous avez réservé un transfert aéroport.
- Pour une arrivée accélérée de 00h00 à 05h59, il y a un supplément de 500 Baht par personne, minimum 2 personnes.
- Pour un départ accéléré avec le salon Premium de 00h00 à 05h59, il y a un supplément de 1 300 Baht par personne, minimum 2 personnes.
- Retards de vol - Si votre vol est retardé, il n'est pas nécessaire de nous en informer. Notre guide de l'aéroport sera informé, car nous surveillons activement les horaires des vols.
- Changements de vol - Si votre numéro de vol change, veuillez nous en informer au moins 6 heures avant votre heure d'arrivée initialement prévue afin que nous puissions mettre à jour l'horaire de votre Guide. Veuillez noter qu'en raison de la réglementation sur la confidentialité, les compagnies aériennes ne nous informeront pas des changements apportés à votre itinéraire; il est de la responsabilité du passager de nous en informer directement pour assurer la prestation de votre service.

The fast track service was a great experience and made arriving at Phuket Airport a breeze. We were met at the jet bridge by a couple of very kind and helpful staff that help us navigate the airport and immigration. This saved us a ton of time when we were exhausted after several long flights and we were on our way to our hotel in less than 20 minutes.

I am not sure if it was because of low season in Phuket or because of the time my flight landed on a Monday afternoon, but there was no line at customs. When I got to customs after getting off the plane, I knew immediately I had wasted my money. The people on my flight got through customs about as fast as I did. Probably faster since I had to go over to the Coral counter first. The service itself was good and as advertised. The staff person was very kind and guided me over to the priority customs line. If there had been a line at the regular customs line, it would have been great, but for when I arrived, it was unnecessary. I guess consider when you’re arriving in Phuket when thinking of getting this service.

Absolutely do this if you are coming into Phuket. The guide helped me every step of the way, If I h not used this sevice, I would have been in the customs line over an hour. Well worth the money!

We were met directly off the airbridge and escorted through the diplomatic channel with no queue whatsoever. Then to the luggage carousel where our luggage arrived after 5 mins and straight to a waiting car. Incredible service and time saving. We will definetly use again !
