- Retards de vol - Si votre vol est retardé, il n'est pas nécessaire de nous en informer. Notre Guide aéroportuaire en sera informé, car nous surveillons activement les horaires des vols.
- Changements de vol - Si votre numéro de vol change, veuillez nous en informer au moins 4 heures avant votre arrivée initialement prévue afin que nous puissions mettre à jour les détails en conséquence.

It was quick and very smooth Our attendant and driver were really kind. We had attendant waiting for us with name card which was helpful to know. Immigration went by quick and smooth.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! We were greeted as soon as we stepped off the skywalk, which immediately made us feel welcomed and well looked after. The Fast Track service was incredibly efficient, guiding us smoothly through the airport and immigration process with no hassle at all. Within just 10–15 minutes of landing, we had cleared all formalities and were on our way out of the airport. The porterage service was exceptional—the porter was friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful with our luggage, making the entire arrival experience effortless. The service was exactly as expected. We were meet at the entrance and escort to immigration and bypassed the massive line up. We were processed in less than 5 minutes, our guide collected our baggage and escorted us to our airport transfer.

the price of time is up to the reader - I used this service upon arriving in Phuket. Someone was waiting for me when I exited the jetway (very nice and polite, took my bags) and I was through customs, arrivials area, and into a car to my hotel in about 15 minutes. Someone from the service provider stayed with me at all times until I got in the car (which was very nice by the way). I arrived on a Sunday morning and there was already a sizeable line at customs. I would definitely use this service again.
