Kosal Service Tour - above and beyond!
Kosal did an amazing job organizing our transportation arrival! He was very professional and responsive to all our questions and requests, offering suggestions and options to make sure we were comfortable and safe.
Polen Suon was incredibly welcoming when he greeted us at the airport and made sure we arrived safely at our accommodation. During the long six-and-a-half-hour journey, Polen was respectful, engaging in fascinating conversations and showcasing his fluency in English. He also took the time to highlight some iconic spots and share interesting historical facts about them.

our driver drove us from...
our driver drove us from phnom penh to siem reap early in the morning. driver was very safe and we were able to take a nap.

Vehicle provided not same...
Vehicle provided not same as in photo. Smaller SUV. Not a bad price considering the length of journey but was expecting larger vehicle as shown in main photo.
Check with your hotel as they may be able to arrange vehicle pickup as well (though this Viator booking was approx. 75% of the hotel booking w did for our 2nd long distance vehicle trip.)
I was travelling with one other person.

We sincerely apologize that the vehicle did not meet your expectations. However, as clearly stated in the product description and inclusions, transportation is arranged based on the group size. For groups of 1–3 passengers, we provide an SUV, while groups of up to 4 passengers are assigned a minivan.
As your group consisted of two passengers, we arranged a 5-seat SUV accordingly. If your group had included four passengers, a minivan would have been provided. We hope you understand our explanation.
In any case, we would like to sincerely thank you for booking your transfer with us from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap, although the return trip from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh was canceled.

Great journey!
Kosal was a fantastic driver for our journey from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. He was on-time, stopped at interesting places on the way, and let us choose if/when we wanted to stop more. Also, he was a safe/alert driver. Never on his phone once.
Highly recommend booking with this company and specifically Kosal.

Excellent operator and driver
Excellent experience end to end. Clear and prompt communication with Kosal in order to book the transfer. Our driver, Mr Pearin had a very clean, comfortable vehicle and was an excellent, very safe driver even though we had to tackle Khmer New Year traffic out of Phnom Penh and most of the way to Siem Reap. Highly recommended!

Great ride to Siem Reap with Mr Vannak!
My experience with Service Tour Cambodia was exceptional! Mr Kosal and Mr Vannak arranged everything with me via WhatsApp. They are long time business partners and have built their transport business from the ground up. Not only was Mr Kosal professional but he was detailed in sending me the information on the transport from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap as I was to ride with Mr Vannak. Mr Vannak came right on time and was waiting for me. He was helpful, kind and answered all of my questions while also talking about history. We stopped in Skun to sample fruit and the local foods. There were restroom breaks as well. We also stopped off at Kampong Kdei Bridge. Mr Vannak was highly professional, kind and truly a joy to spend time with. He also took pictures I requested as I was traveling solo. The car was comfortable and clean as well for those whose wanted to know.

Excellent trip across Cambodia
An excellent experience travelling from Phnom Penn to Siem Reap. The driver kept us informed throughout the trip. He also stopped at markets to allow toilet breaks.
I fully recommend using this operator for travel.
