There was supose to be at our resort to pick us up for the trip. No one showed and we we're billed forty eight hours before date. No one to call and talk to locally. NEVER use Viator again.
We were excited but 5 star boat cancelled due to very bad weather. We got our refund without any hassle. Team of 5 star was very cooperative and friendly. They didn’t charge any any amount for pickup and drop drop. Ms Helen at 5 star boat was very customer friendly. We didn’t enjoy our trip but we enjoyed the services. Thanks 🙏🌹🙏🌹
It was an absolutely bad tour, very crowded boat with about 30 people. Suburbs are taken from you again 800 thb, which is due for the unnecessary entry on the Phi Phi island where you can actually only spend money, swimming is prohibited there... You only drove past the island and especially at Monkey Beach we were less than 1 minute... The lunch was disgusting and absolutely inedible. The tour guide was quite friendly and the crew was too. All in all, I would not recommend this tour with an overcrowded boat to anyone!
amazing experience. did even more than listed on the itinerary schedule. went 3 hours over estimated time so be aware of that. definitely recommend. lunch provided and fruit on the boat as well as drinks. super friendly staff.
Pick up 2! hours later than agreed! Because of that we missed our evening program! Interim communication with the organizer went badly! Boat with 46 people instead of 15! By the later time much busier at the islands. In short, all very poorly arranged. When requesting a refund of part of the costs, the organization did not give home. Very bad experience!!!!

Fun, lovely trip people were very nice, the captain of the boat drives very well the people were very nice to work on the boat they deserve a big tip I love my trip it was fantastic we're coming back in December, we had so much fun we're going to bring the rest of our family I would love to buy name here one day thank you for your time
The islands were amaizing, the boys had a great time, they enjoyed snorkeling. I would definitely do it again! Great way to see the islands.
.no info given prior to booking on length of time from hotel to pier -orientation to the trip was an overly long sales pitch to purchase water shoes, ( these were totally unnecessary), long boat ride for snorkelling and scuba all at additional cost -we were not told any of this at booking so did not have cash or credit cards with us - lunch provided at the island restaurant was very basic, too spicy and only tepid water free - there indeed was a speed boar but absolutely no view -stopping at the monkey island was a waste of time, hoards of people there and poor view of the monkeys -the island we stopped at later for fruit and biscuits had only one toilet for the hundreds of tourists and it was disgustingly filthy and there was a cost! Again we were led to believe that we would not need money Do your homework and ask lots of questions. Sure wish we did!
didn't have any' we didn't get a chance to do the trip they pissed around getting us to the proper place they knew we were on a cruiseline ignored it all by the time we arrived they told us we wouldn't get back to meet out ship
Very good organization from start to finish, despite the disappointment of coming out again and again during the excursion for money to enhance the day, the host of the boat 999 was great, the sites are magnificent, one downside, too many boats and mass tourists in these unique places!
