Pour les groupes avec plus de 8 passagers ou plus de 7 bagages, veuillez effectuer 2 réservations distinctes.

Le siège auto est payant, sous réserve de disponibilité lors de la réservation. Les véhicules seront attribués en fonction du nombre de passagers. Vous recevrez un e-mail un jour avant votre prise en charge prévue avec votre référence de réservation, notre numéro de service client, ainsi que le nom et les coordonnées de votre chauffeur. Pour le transfert de départ, votre chauffeur vous accueillera dans le hall de votre hôtel. Temps d'attente : 30 minutes après l'heure de prise en charge indiquée. Veuillez indiquer l'heure de prise en charge, le nom de l'hôtel de prise en charge et de retour et l'adresse complète.

Excellent driver. He was able to shorten the trip. He was well versed with the highways to take to Bangkok from Pattaya. He arrived early for our pickup. Thank you.
Very easy to use. Clean car and on time pick up and drop off. I would recommend this service to everyone visiting thailand
The driver was very friendly and kind throughout the trip. However, he was on his phone texting or reading texts while driving. We also had to pull over three times to confirm the hotel name, and at one point his phone stopped working, leaving him without navigation. I offered to help using my phone, but since it was in English, we still missed a few turns and the trip took longer than expected. While the driver himself was very pleasant, as a transport company I would expect drivers to have reliable navigation and a backup system, rather than relying solely on a personal phone. With a few improvements on the logistics side, this could be a much better experience.

Although I didn't receive everything included such as waters and cool towels our ride was good. The driver was punctual and pleasant and that's a plus.
