Fabrication de pâtes et dégustation de vins avec dîner à Frascati au départ de Rome
Description
Quittez la ville animée de Rome pour tomber amoureux de la lenteur et de la beauté de la vie des habitants de Frascati, la ville du vin. Votre journée commence par un beau trajet en train jusqu'à Frascati depuis Rome, au cours duquel vous pourrez admirer la beauté de la campagne de Rome. Nous viendrons vous chercher à la gare de Frascati et vous montrerons tous les coins incroyables de la ville. Ensuite, il sera temps de rejoindre notre ancienne cave à vin, où notre famille a commencé avec la production de vin. Sirotez deux types des meilleurs vins de notre famille, accompagnés de viandes et de fromages locaux. Ensuite, tout le nécessaire pour faire des pâtes sera prêt, ce sera donc à votre tour de vous salir les mains. En portant un tablier et en mélangeant tous les ingrédients tout en buvant du vin, vous obtiendrez vos propres pâtes artisanales. Ce sera donc magique de voir ce qui s'est passé, vos pâtes seront cuites avec votre sauce romaine préférée et le tour est joué ! Vous serez prêt à savourer vos propres pâtes en sirotant du vin et en vous relaxant. Vous ne quitterez pas notre maison avant d'avoir visité notre cave à vin !

We had such a fun and memorable time at From Scratch! Making our own pasta and trying the wine was such a unique and enjoyable experience. We especially loved how they shared their family heritage and culture with us through the atmosphere, food, and wine—it made the experience feel so personal and special. The staff were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful throughout the whole experience. You can really tell how much passion and care they put into what they do. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend visiting From Scratch to anyone looking for a fun, authentic, and memorable experience!
This was our second time to Rome (two different years, two different cruise trips). Since we did a lot of the sightseeing on our first trip, we were looking for something different to do this time. I am so glad we chose this experience. Although I was nervous to take a train out of the city, it turned out to be a good experience. When we arrive to Frascati, it was a cute little town. We really enjoyed the pasta making and wine tasting with this family-owned company. It was one of my favorite things we did this visit to Rome.
It was totally worth the time and money. Beautiful hostesses. Wine and pasta wonderful. Great new friends.
Picturesque town, amazing wine, fun pasta class and a delicious dinner….what’s not to like? It’s an absolute gem of an experience and the family who does the tour is wonderful.
The pasta making, family winery, catacomb tour were all fantastic. Unfortunately, there was a strike on the train that affected our ability to be on time so the transportation to get there became really difficult and expensive. In hindsight, I would recommend getting to the Roma termini early. There is shopping there. Or head to the town early before your pasta making event to explore a little.
It was fabulous! Educational! The hostesses were warm, inviting, friendly and kind. The food was the best I’ve eaten here so far. A fun class and yummy wine. Highly recommend!!
This was so much fun and highly recommend! Loved taking a short train ride outside of Rome to the charming town of frascati. Our past making class was so fun and delicious!!
I registered for this with my daughter as we were visiting together. We had the best time. The hosts were amazing, the environment was chill and it truly was an amazing first time class for both of us
Friendly people. We learned to make pasta in a fun way. The white wines were super tasty and enjoyed our homemade pasta.
Federica was a fantastic teacher and I really enjoyed the class. She made it fun and easy with lots of great tips. Wine was also delicious. Highly recommend and would happily return with my kids!
