I hired this company for pick up an drop off for airport also for Disney pick up an drop off at hotel airport service was great but my pick up from Disney was terrible my driver didn’t speak English she was at the wrong location to pick us up it was 0 degrees out me an my baby almost froze to death waiting on her our pick up time was 10 she said she was outside at 955 but she wasn’t she didn’t finally pick us up until 1020 pm it was sooo cold our iPhone even froze up on us if they ever say Fatima on her way cancel her have them have u find a better driver she get a negative point
We take the issue you reported very seriously. However, we would like to clarify that every time we provide pick-up and drop-off services to Disneyland, we use the same location—the entrance of Disney Town—as it is highly convenient (easily accessible right after exiting the park). When the driver contacted you, you were already waiting at the wrong location—the train station. Drivers generally avoid the train station as its parking lot is very small and always crowded. Fatima arrived at the Disney Town entrance as early as 9:56 PM, which is when she realized you were at the train station. Due to the crowded conditions at the train station parking lot, it took her considerable time to find a parking space. The driver possesses basic English communication skills and has always been able to communicate effectively. She has not received any prior complaints. While the driver did her utmost to assist you, we truly value your feedback and will use it to further improve our services.
Wonderful experience!! Our driver was super friendly and kind and was super helpful with Paris tips along the way. We were picked up right in front of the hotel entrance which was super helpful.
Comfortable ride in a clean car with a cautious driver who took time to get us to the airport safely. We would definitely use the service again.
