Description

The class was fun and informative. Chef Myriam had a lovely space, with a great view for the class. She explained how & why to do things to get a successful result in the baking. We really enjoyed our caramel and raspberry macarons!!

I’m happy to have learned how to make macarons and plan to make them at home. I wouldn’t necessarily call the experience “fun”. Although the chef had the ingredients pre measured to speed things along, there was a lot of down time. After the dough is prepared it must rest, then baking time, then cooling time before filling. Chef Marthe is a lovely person
Chef Frederic was so warm and welcoming. We went to his personal kitchen and he taught us how to make macarons. He taught us step-by-step and we all participated in every part of the process. The best part was that we got to take some home with us. This is a must do if you like that sort of thing!
Great experience with lots of good information. The instructor was very nice and inclusive. We baked everything ourselves with help from the instructor. Recommended
Macaroon class was a unique experience, a must in going to Paris. Chef Marthe was kind and patient. She showed many techniques that would help anyone perfect a macaroon. Her techniques were well excecuted and I can't wait to try and practice them at home.
Three lifetime college friends enjoyed a lovely afternoon making macarons with with a fabulously welcoming Chef.
We had a great time. Chef was fun and patient. Loved that it was small and intimate. Laid back and super fun. Can’t wait to try them ourselves.
Chef Marthe knows all the tricks you won’t find in a book for making the perfect macarons. It’s fun to cook in a beautiful Parisian apartment kitchen with an expert.
