Seulement 6 participants dans chaque classe. 15 ans et plus. Grâce à notre cours animé par un chef pâtissier Français, vous apprendrez tous les secrets de fabrication du croissant parfait, des subtilités de la pâte feuilletée à la chimie derrière la création de cette texture feuilletée. Vous profiterez d'une atmosphère studieuse mais amusante qui permet un apprentissage pratique et un enseignement personnalisé. Ramenez les souvenirs les plus savoureux avec cette visite de 3 heures. Vous apprendrez la technique pour faire de délicieux croissants au beurre. Situé à deux pas de Montmartre et du Sacré-Cœur, notre studio accueillant et bien équipé offre le cadre idéal pour apprendre et pratiquer l'art de la fabrication de croissants. Et une fois que vous aurez perfectionné vos compétences, vous pourrez déguster vos délicieuses créations sur place avec une boisson chaude, ou les emporter pour aller plus tard.

- La pâte levée à la levure en couches nécessite beaucoup de temps de préparation, de préférence à partir de la veille. Ce sont les délais et les détails techniques qui rendent les croissants si exigeants. Par conséquent, des étapes seront effectuées pour vous permettre de savourer vos pâtisseries à la fin du cours. Vous travaillerez toujours sur ces étapes pendant le cours.
- Veuillez porter des vêtements confortables et décontractés ainsi que des chaussures plates et confortables. Les cheveux longs doivent être attachés.
- Après 5 minutes de retard nous commencerons le cours sans le client en retard. Après 15 minutes sans que personne ne se présente, le cours sera automatiquement annulé et votre réservation pourra être traitée comme une annulation de dernière minute non remboursable.

Ahhhh, the French! French wine, French perfume, French kissing...and, French pastry! We finished our 26-day France vacation with this class in how to prepare and back croissants and pain au chocolat. It was delightful and truly a way to complete our vacation.

Recommend you do this early in your trip...what you make should last you all week. Class was well taught and monitored to make sure you are performing the critical steps correctly. Chef was friendly and also suggested other areas of town to vist.

Worth the time and effort. I am not a baker nor am I that great in the cooking department but this was an enjoyable experience that taught me about the techniques involved in making a croissant. Plus, a fun environment with the added benefit of eating!
