Your directiions on the app weren't clear. it tould us to download and they wouldn't download and we could't at firest enter Museum. After clicking through all the links the tickets finally popped up. If the tickets were there they should have been highlighted and there shouldn't have been any need to download.

This place is magical. T shirts are small. Great souvenirs. Give yourself plenty of time, you could it in one day, but don't worry. The entire city is a museum.
I purchased tickets allowing entrance at anytime and it made it an excellent experience. We had a fairly late flight leaving Paris and it felt amazing to be able to get breakfast and attend museum at our own pace. You want to dedicate 2-3h for this museum (1.5 as someone suggested won’t be enough unless you skip top floor). You can purchase an audio guide at the museum.
I had to call Viator to get the entry tickets. It was the ticket agent who told me to do it, specifying that it was common with this company.
I was let into to the museum straight away, with no queue, with no questions. It was a very easy and stress free experience
The museum is a must see. Easy to enter and walk around. Interesting arts and pictures. And the Muse Orsay Cafe is not to miss.
Tickets were easily purchased and delivery was prompt. We were able to get in without a timed entry and arrived as the museum opened and the crowds were light. We headed straight for the 5th floor to see the wonderful art. You do pay an extra fee to purchase through a 3rd party but worth the extra few dollars.
Having an untimed entry option worked out perfectly. It was a great experience, and the online ticketing was a smooth and easy process.
Smooth purchase process and easy entry. A little confusing on the email of ticket itself which came 24 hrs before entry but it worked out and really easy. The museum itself was amazing. Go directly to the 5th floor tho if you only care about the impressionist artists.
