If you want to find your luxury or design item, this is the right place; my son found unique vinyl records at a fair price, with a lot of guarantee and seriousness regarding the originality of the items, but if you are inside the market, it’s less so... anyway, a charming neighborhood, with jazz venues... not to be missed, you can easily spend a day there, very safe and monitored meal, you can get there from central Paris for 30 euros by Uber or by metro...
Totally unprofessional, 28 minutes since the start time, we’ve been here for 43 minutes, guide never showed, I want my money back.
Tobias was great. He was a wealth of knowledge and understood the markets back-and-forth.
Philippe was wonderful. We were a small group. Just our group of 3. He took us around 3 of the districts and explained the history behind the flea market and each district. He made note of our interests and showed us booths that catered to them. We learned a lot about the city as well. He gave us some recommendations of places to check out. He's very obviously popular with the vendors. Everywhere we stopped people were happy to see him and chat. Overall we had a lovely time and felt more comfortable wandering the market by ourselves after the tour.
Definitely worth it as the market is massive and Mary is very experienced in navigating to what you want to see. Don’t wander endlessly.

Easy to find my guide. He was so nice to be around with all kinds of great information. When our time was done, he was giving a nice map to leave with me and explained how it all worked.
This was a great orientation of the flea market to give you the confidence to go back and shop on your own!
The antiques were quite expensive with Australian dollars but I found it very interesting and enjoyed hearing about all the history.
