Description

Claudia provided a thorough but relaxed paced tour of Tierra del Fuego during our recent private excursion from our Patagonia cruise. We saw a lot of natural beauty away from the crowds! The timing in each area was great since we managed to see many of the same places the tour buses visited, but without the crowds. We had just the right amount of walking, and perfectly timed stops during the tour. A great private tour from a cruise ship in Ushuaia!
Noelia provided an excellent private tour of Tierra Del Fuego NP to meet our requests. She explained the history as well as the fauna & flora of the area. We visited different parts of the beautiful park, took two hikes and took the cute train ride. She gave suggestions on what to do after the tour. Driver Dave also took great care of us. Language was not a problem. Highly recommend this private tour.
Great excursion into the national park. Beautiful scenery. We did the trip on Christmas Day so it was busy with local families. The national park entrance fee is very expensive at $40 per person.
Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the tour and the beautiful scenery of the National Park, especially on such a special day like Christmas. We understand that the entrance fee may seem high, but it’s set directly by the National Park Administration and is unfortunately beyond our control. Still, we hope the experience was worth it and that you take home great memories from the End of the World.
Our guide and driver were excellent. Moved us efficiently around the park ahead of the crowds. Great tour.
communication between company and us was poor as I was told we were going to have a tour guide Noelia and driver Walter. Upon being picked up we had Juan as our tour guide and Roldo as our drive so we were a little concerned up front as no one communicated a change. In addition, we are a party of 4...including my 83 year old mom. The car accommodations were very tight and difficult to maneuver to get in the back seat. These issues should have been communicated to us beforehand. The 3 stars is given because our guide and driver were fabulous and personable
Dear Robin, first of all thank you for your comment and above all very happy to have received you in our beautiful city of Ushuaia and to be your supplier here. The information was NOT scarce, that is why we communicated previously to check the schedule, let you know where we were going to meet and other details. For operational reasons, we changed the work team on the day of the service, that is why they did not have the initial names. But all the staff in charge of the excursion provided the best service for you, as they are highly trained for this. Regarding the vehicle, we put at your service a Toyota Prado with capacity for 6 people, you were 4, that is to say, the space was perfect. If you needed special assistance, if there was a person with reduced mobility or any other specific need, you should have mentioned it before, since we plan our service, vehicles and needs according to the information we receive from the passengers. Otherwise, we have no way of knowing. We cannot personalize the service if you do not ask for it. Anyway, we are very happy to be part of your experience and we are waiting for you next time with open arms to continue knowing the beauties of our city.
We loved Marisol so much. She was so knowledgeable and kind. It was nice to see the popular attractions but go off the beaten path a bit when things got too crowded and she and our driver gave us suggestions on what to do after the tour. Can’t recommend this enough.
Our guide Sergio was amazing, we enjoyed the private experience with him. Only downside is we expected to see animals at the Park and did not, and it was very cold. Shopping in town was fun.
Tour guide spoke good English and was very informative. She gave us the time to enjoy the things we were interested in.
With the sun peaking out after a wet start to the day we headed to the Tierra del Fuego National park. Guide Luka and driver very obliging allowing for plenty of photo shops. Took me on a short 30miinute walk to a off track lookout as well.
Group of 10. We started at the End of the World Railway - didn't do that but was nice to see the train, and then down to the End of the World for some stunning scenery, and little bushwalk and vist to Glacier lakes. Guide accommodating in going back to check on one of the group's glasses that he dropped at End of the World.
