We were very well received at the entrance. The person gave us detailed explanations and we walked for a good part of the day. We made small trails and we did not opt for the train ride. The Correo del fin del mundo was closed, but we took several photos of the place, besides the landscape. A good lodge is recommended, well open and cold place. I think they should provide a map. If I hadn't taken a q downloaded from the internet, it would be complicated.
muchas gracias
The arrangement is mostly good, starting from on time hotel pickup, explanation of the guide, safe driver, and stop time at different sites. However, the view at different stops are pretty similar. It is also a pity the post office is permanently closed. The waiting time for the train is a bit long, but overall speaking, the experience is satisfactory.
thank you for you information
Started site seeing in Ensenada Bay with superb views of the Beagle Channel (named after the ship the carried Charles Darwin). Boasts towering snow capped mountains and the Navarino and Hoste Islands - the nearest land to the Antarctic. There was a little run down iron shed perched on the shore which is apparently the southern most post office in the Americas.
thank you
The view of the park is beautiful, but the area to be visited (the passages) is very narrow and small, a simple turn and ended, very expensive to what is offered, only the view of the lake and the mountains, can not even sit in the wheelchair to take a photo, a mere visual tour of a limited space.
gracias , tenemos en cuanta su sugerencia
The tour was informative and the guide very good at switching between Spanish and English and spoke very good English. The tour was not worth anywhere near the cost though.
gracias, el costo en argentina de personal bilingue y los costos en general son altos, por eso el precio lo tenemos en cuanta
Dont skip on Tierra del Fuego NP! Just beautiful. Tour was very well organized and informative, loved our guide and driver. Saw the highlights of the park in the morning tour and never felt rushed. Tour company was exceptional and very easy to contact.
thank you
The tour guide was exceptional and made our trip special. He had great knowledge of the areas we visited and provided a morning tea overlooking spectacular scenery.
thank you
Right guide, duration, place and weather! It was a beatiful day when I took the tour, soit was very pleasant to appreciate the views. The guide was very kind to take to some spots as I was the only kne who didn't take the train (if you don't take it, you'll be waiting around 1h30m for those who do), but I had time to go through the information in the station, it wasn't lost. Maru, our guide took us to all the main locations in the park and shared a lot of information about lical geography, fauna and flora. The tour had the right duration, it was entertaining and I wasn't tired at the end. We wrnt in a van, so it was a small group, which is better to appreciate and learn.
thank you will talk with the guide
Let’s be clear - the driver and guide who delivered the tour were excellent. The driver stood outside in pouring rain to ensure we recognized which van to go in. My issue is with the people selling the tour. And it should likely be two stars. I booked a half day drip without the train, as I wanted extra time in the park to see more of it. However I was grouped with people who had booked the train trip. My option was to sit in the van for 1.5 hrs (train is an hour plus waiting for the train), or pay the extra money to go on the train. I had already decided that the train wasn’t worth the time or money in a half day. But I didn’t realize that meant I’d sit and do nothing for 1.5 hrs of a 5 hr tour!! If I were doing this again, I’d hire a private guide to take me just to the park. So nothing wrong with the people who delivered the program. But it needs to be clearly specified that if you don’t go on the train, you sit around for 1.5-2 hrs. Was not worth the cost for a half day trip.
Thank you, the tour of the park only is 4 hours and with the train5.15hs We take notice of what you mentioned and you shoudnt be seat for 1 hour becuase there are traíls that can be done We ll tslk with the guide Thank you
Laura was a fabulous guide. She was informative and very friendly. We were quite happy we chose this tour.
