Super fun time… The guys were awesome and made sure that we had a great time! Highly recommend and would do it again definitely!
Overpriced!! The whole experience only lasted like 30 minutes 😭 My family liked it though, but I wish we had been in the air longer or stayed on the boat for another hour.

Staff very personable. They only had doulble harness. not triple for myself and my two .daughters. We couldn’t not ride together,like we have done before.
Nowadays we all want to record or take photos of our moments or experiences; it is a costly experience when they do not let you bring your phone or camera to capture the whole experience or the complete landscape, it is not worth it. They take some photos that are useless and that they still sell to you extra.
It was a good experience and we enjoyed a lot . Only thing that I didn’t like was the time . It was very less it was nearly 5-6 mins in air which is very less compared to the money charged. And also the lady at the counter was rude and had a different attitude which was not helpful.
It's not as scary as it seems, a breath of fresh air, a whole lot of fun and would do it all over again

The actual parasailing was fine, but the customer service when checking in was so bad, Brittany Merrill was rude, and threw a fit because I was translating the iPad safety waiver for my dad who does not read English. He understands all of English, and can speak some. He was standing right next to me the entire time. To have someone act so aggressively and make a big deal over a basic language barrier is completely unacceptable. If you are a bilingual family or traveling with non English speakers, avoid Florida Parasail Co. because management does not treat tourists with basic human decency. I will never forgot how bad my dad was treated! I wasn’t even able to get in contact with any one to make a complaint.
It was great, don’t bother paying for the dips they only dip you once but other than that very fun and easy!!
