I booked for 40 dollars per person, and when I went there, they charged me 100 dollars more per person for a family of 6, roughly below 900 dollars, so please don't get fooled by whatever they say on Viator, Also they dont take us in exat time they said, when we reach there they need to have enough people for one trip so we have to wait until they get enough people for the ride, so we cannot plan other rides because they dont keep the time, you will end up in loosing money if you have already made other appointments after this, charging more money at the counter was so bad, I FELT LIKE I WAS CHEATED, the ride and the people who took us was great, overall they dont care about the customers or our needs.

avoid at any cost there is no point going with viator booking they ll charge $100 per person on top of whatever u pay to viator

When I arrived for parasailing, I waited a little bit over an hour to get started due to the other individuals arriving late. There were slight delays with the boat and other employees. I was also blindsided by the extra $100 fee that they charged to secure my spot, which was not disclosed after I booked through Viator. These unfortunate events were disappointing, but it was turned around once we got on the boat with our boat driver. The boat driver was funny, professional, and ensured that we were safe and had a great time. I would recommend parasailing to anyone!

The guide was amazing!! So much fun. I was a little disappointed with the lack of understanding for booking the ticket ( the $100 fee) but it was worth it!
