Après être venu vous chercher aux hôtels, vous verrez notre personnel au sol remplir les ballons de manière experte. Tout d’abord, l’air froid gonflera doucement le ballon, suivi de l’introduction d’air chaud. Au fur et à mesure que le ballon se lève progressivement, l'anticipation de votre aventure aérienne commencera à se déployer.
Le vol dure environ une heure et nous monterons n'importe où, des travertins blancs à plusieurs milliers de pieds. Une fois en vol, votre pilote vous indiquera les sites spectaculaires de Pamukkale, des travertins de Pamukkale à la ville antique de Hiérapolis et la piscine de Cléopâtre au théâtre antique de la ville. Notre chemin de vol a beaucoup de choses merveilleuses à voir.
Vous flotterez doucement au-dessus des célèbres piscines thermales de Pamukkale. Si le temps le permet, notre pilote essaiera de vous rapprocher très près, afin que vous puissiez survoler juste à côté de ces superbes piscines et profiter de leur beauté de près.
Vous aurez l'occasion d'admirer les ruines antiques de la ville de Hiérapolis, notamment un impressionnant théâtre romain, l'emblématique temple d'Apollon, l'intrigante nécropole avec ses structures funéraires élaborées, le musée archéologique de Hiérapolis et la mystérieuse grotte de plutonium.

The experience was amazing. Pick up and drop off from outside our hotel. We only booked the day before but they kept in touch with us from the time of booking till the time we were dropped off. Our pilot and his crew were brilliant

Dilek was a great support in the pre arrival face. We had a spot with sunset. It was amazing. In the balloon the guy was super professional. We had a great time. Absolutely worth the price!

My husband and I decided to book outside of our tour group and found this offered on TripAdvisor. Our balloon flight in Cappadocia was canceled due to wind so our last chance to fly was in the next city of Pamukkale. I booked and they contacted me via WhatsApp. They gave a pickup time from our hotel and drove us to the balloon site. We were able to take a couple photos prior to boarding our balloon. The balloon holds max 18 I think and it’s split into components. We had 8 people from our tour group with us and we packed 2 compartments. It was comfortable and as soon as we got in the sky it was amazing. We caught the sunrise and it was so serene being up 1500 meters. The landing was smooth and we were treated with a non-alcoholic champagne party along with flight certificate. We tipped a bit at the end because we had such an amazing time. I had let them know we needed to be back to our hotel before 9 am and we made it back by 8:36! Thanks to our balloon pilots and staff from Artemis & Zeus Balloons for such an amazing experience.

There was a 45 minutes wait at the pick up point. I had to leave several messages to remind to pick up. The event was cancelled at the last minute.
Cancellaition is decided by civil air department of government for the safe of guest and staff. If it is windy or rainy balloon rides are cancelled always. On the tour day civil air department had to wait to decide cancellation till last minute. So we had to wait for pick up as well .
Everything organized in detail. The team leader, the operators and the driver Fatih showed great professionalism. Being our hotel out of the area they also procured the transfer that took care to get us on time to the place of takeoff and came to pick us up at the place of landing. And the rest is magic. I absolutely recommend!

I went to Turkey mainly for the balloon tour which unfortunately was not possible due to the bad weather
