I paid for a pick-up service at our lodging and they still made us walk to a nearby point, while the rest of the group were picked up directly from their hotels. Also, we were picked up at 7:00 a.m., but the tour really started at 1:00 p.m. Before that we were taken to a store for almost an hour, something that was not announced. Another important point: the tour announcement indicates that we would visit the Cleopatra pool, but the guide informed us that it has been closed since March. This had to be clarified from the description and title of the tour. Overall, the experience did not match what was promised and there should be more transparency in what they offer.
Dear Our Guest, Pamukkale is not close from antalya to ancient area and we are giving lunch as included to you and starting to Pamukkale Tour as 1 pm is normal unfortunetely. Cleopatra pool did not open this year unfortunately and this is not in our hand and cleoptra pool is allready extra if this is open. We checked your pick up location but anyone any minibus can not go in that narrow road and there is very close to you as 50 meter to pick up you more easily because of this we gave you another location. Unfortunately any company does not go due to very narrow road for your hotel Best Regards
"Joining the tour from Antalya to Pamukkale was truly an amazing experience. Our tour operator was very professional, and everything was perfectly organized. We traveled in comfortable buses, and throughout the journey, our guide provided us with valuable insights about Pamukkale's historical and natural wonders. The white travertines of Pamukkale and the healing thermal waters were absolutely breathtaking. Exploring the ancient city of Hierapolis was also a highlight. I highly recommend this tour. We had an amazing day, enjoying both professional service and the beauty of nature!"
Hello Dear Our Guest, We thank so much for your good comment. We wait us all time you :)...
I recently took a day tour to Pamukkale from Denizli, and it was absolutely breathtaking! The white travertine terraces look even more surreal in person than in photos. Walking barefoot on the warm, mineral-rich pools was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Our guide was knowledgeable and shared fascinating facts about the history of Hierapolis, the ancient city next to the terraces. The ruins were well-preserved, and the Cleopatra Pool was a great place to relax (don't forget your swimsuit!). Transportation was comfortable, the lunch was delicious, and the timing was well organized—not too rushed, but enough time to explore. I’d recommend this tour to anyone visiting Turkey. Pamukkale is a natural wonder that truly lives up to the hype!

Hello Dear Our Guest, We thank so much for your good comment. We wait us all time you :)...
Pamukkale was amazing and well worth the trip. Tour, guide and driver good but worth pointing out not as advertised. We were taken to fabric, onyx and wine shops and we didn’t go to the third stop at Karahayit. It would be better to cut out the shops or say upfront they are part of the tour. It would also have been helpful to know that we needed cash for Cleopatra’s pool.
Dear David, in the description of the tour it is indicated that the pool is paid extra (there will be an addition that it is cash) I exclude Karahayit from the program since the source is closed to the public. Thank you for the good review of the tour - we are very pleased, it is also important to know the shortcomings in order to improve the quality in the future.
