Pagus Wine Tours® - Sirmione en bateau et Amarone - Excursion d'une journée
Description
Il s'agit d'un circuit qui vous permet de visiter les quartiers les plus prestigieux de Vérone: Lac de Garde et Valpolicella, le même jour. Nous quitterons Vérone à 9h00, et nous nous dirigerons immédiatement vers Sirmione, une péninsule suggestive qui s'étend dans la partie sud du lac de Garde. Là, nous vous emmènerons en bateau à moteur et nous découvrirons en bateau une partie de la Grotte di Catullo, d'anciennes ruines romaines. En cas de pluie, nous visiterons le château médiéval qui date du 13ème siècle. Vous aurez ensuite du temps libre pour vous promener dans le centre historique de Sirmione, avant de vous déplacer pour visiter une cave et vous dégusterez enfin toute la gamme de vins Valpolicella DOC et DOCG accompagnés d'un déjeuner léger italien. Vous goûterez des vins extraordinaires tels que Valpolicella, Ripasso, Amarone et Recioto, avec leurs styles différents, et découvrirez plus sur leurs différences et leurs caractéristiques. Pendant le voyage, vous serez toujours accompagné par les paysages fantastiques de nos collines et de leurs vignobles!

Accueil de nos hôtes dans notre nouveau Magasin (Vérone), où vous pouvez acheter les vins des régions viticoles que nous visitons, à prix de cave, et les produits du territoire.
Nous vous emmènerons en bateau à moteur autour de la péninsule de Sirmione. Nous découvrirons en bateau une partie de Grotte di Catullo, d'anciennes ruines romaines.
Temps libre pour marcher dans le centre historique de Sirmione.
Nous visiterons une cave de Valpolicella pour déguster Amarone, Ripasso et les autres vins locaux. Vous dégusterez un délicieux déjeuner léger dans l'ambiance enchanteresse du vignoble.

- Dans la cave, la température est constante de 15 degrés Celsius (59 Fahrenheit), nous vous conseillons donc d’emporter avec vous un pull ou une veste; Si cela est possible, nous essaierons de vous montrer les vignobles. Il est donc recommandé de porter des baskets ou des chaussures confortables.

We started the day driving with Anna to Sirmione - an old town on a peninsular overlooking lake Garda - fabulous location! Can get very crowded later in the day. Then a boat trip around the peninsula taking in views of the lake and the old buildings (and thermal bubbles rising from the lake) before returning back to the town. Finally the highlight for us - a visit to Dolce Vera vineyard for a wonderful wine tasting and discussion over lunch with Marco the young and enthusiastic owner. The views and wine are incredible. We loved every minute. Anna is a gracious host and careful driver - very pleasant company.
Great English speaking guide who has good wine expertise. Small boat cruise was funf and perfect length. The winery is beautiful and the family member guide spent a couple of delightful hours with us. Well worth the price.
From Venice we decided to plan a fabulous day trip to wine country, and a boat trip to Lake Garda in Verona! Pagus Wine Tours was wonderful. It was easy to find in Verona, then we were driven to Sirimone for a fun boat trip on Lake Garda, then a wine tour at a family owned and run winery, Azienda Agricola Fugolo Ggianluca! One of the sister owners, Sofia was so knowledgeable and generous with our wine tastings, cheese and meat board, and lunch in their beautiful outdoor patio area. I would highly recommend!
Roberto was the best host! Knowledgeable, personable & we really lived this tour with him. The boat tour with opera arias was memorable, but what really made this a wonderful trip was the Fugolo sisters, Sofia & Michaela at their winery. The best tour we have had. The sisters are so passionate about their winery & the service, food & wine were superlative.
This is the 4th time we have booked a tour through Pagus. This time we did both the Sirmione Lake and Lugana wines tour as well as the Trento DOC and Teroldego tours. Roberto was our guide for the Sirmione tour. He was very knowledgable and provided a great tour. Anna Was our guide for The Trento tour--we were thrilled as she was our guide in 2023! We have done 4 tours through Pagus and have never been disappointed. We love visiting the family owned vineyards and they always choose wonderful places to dine on the tours as well. While the amarone and Valpolicella wines are still our favorite, we have completely enjoyed being introduced to the other wonderful wines from the Verona and Lake Garda area!
Really great, relaxed day exploring Valpolicella and Lage Garda. Jay, our guide was excellent. Unexpectedly we had the tour to ourselves !. Two great wineries, a very personalised experience with no rushing at any stage and a great lunch in the sunshine at Lake Garda ! Only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the mini van on a sweltering day.

Had a wonderful experience touring the area outside Verona. Our guide Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and we really enjoyed our time with her. The visit was really great and personalized with a nice guide competent and providing a lot of information. The 2 vineyards were well chosen and different with interesting comparative tasting. The lunch was also very good on well located restaurant.
