La visite du marché et les menus sont soigneusement conçus pour vous apprendre à choisir les meilleurs ingrédients et à cuisiner les recettes espagnoles les plus typiques, tout en éveillant le chef qui sommeille en vous afin que vous puissiez reproduire ces recettes chez vous. Que vous soyez entre amis, en famille ou en solo, apprenez à choisir les produits les plus frais et les plus savoureux. Venez passer un moment convivial dans un cadre chaleureux et accueillant, où nous préparerons ensemble trois plats classiques : la paella, le pan con tomate et la sangria. Traditionnellement, la paella est un repas pris en commun avec la famille et les amis. C'est pourquoi vous ne travaillerez pas sur des plats individuels, mais collaborerez plutôt pour créer vos plats en groupe.

The experience was great! I went with my boyfriend and my mom, celebrating her 60th birthday! My mom has been talking nonstop about the class it was very informative and had a great vibe. Class was so good we started making our own sangria at home and we just ordered a paella pan so we can start making this aswell. 20/10 experience would do again!

SO MUCH FUN! 10/10 you must do this as a couple or family when you come to barcelona. the chef was very informative and willing to share the culture and history behind the dish and kept it very fun and entertaining.
We had a very nice workshop. The host told a lot about the history of tapas, paella and sangria which was very nice to hear. We were allowed to help with the cutting of the ingredients and were well involved in the process. And most importantly: it was very tasty! The ingredients were very fresh. All in all a great night!!
